Multichannel inventory sync software Sold on Shopify. Still for sale on Etsy.
QuickSync closes that gap instantly with multi-channel inventory sync. The moment something sells anywhere, every connected store reflects it, so customers never order what’s already gone. No manual updates. No overselling.

One Master Stock Count. Every Sales Channel Follows
Most inventory sync software connect stores to each other. QuickSync keeps one master store for your products, inventory, and orders. Make a change there, and QuickSync carries it across every connected channel.
A sale just came in, so the count drops by one and every shop is corrected to match. Most shops update in seconds. On eBay, Etsy and Squarespace we check every few minutes instead of waiting to be told.
01
One number everyone follows
Every shop is updated from the same count. If a number ever looks wrong, you can see exactly which sale changed it and when.
Your eighth shop syncs exactly like your first
Each shop connects to QuickSync, not to all the others. So adding one more never makes the rest harder to manage.A marketplace outage never corrupts your count
If Amazon or eBay is down, we hold the update and keep trying until it goes through. Your master count is never wrong in the meantime.
One Sale. Here’s What Happens Next.
See how inventory sync software takes one sale from Etsy, updates your master inventory, and carries the new stock count across your connected stores.
A buyer checks out on Etsy
Etsy has no way of telling us the moment it happens, so we go and look every few minutes. This one was found on the next check.
Your master count drops to 41
You had 42, now you have 41. That is the number every other shop will be corrected to.
The fast shops update straight away
Shopify, Amazon, Square, Clover and WooCommerce get the new count as soon as we have it. Most are done in well under a second.
eBay catches up a second or two later
eBay caps how often anyone can send it a change, so the write takes a second or two. That is still seconds, not the couple of minutes we wait when eBay is the shop that sold.
The order shows up in your one list
Already matched to the right product, with the Etsy order number attached, ready for whoever is packing today.
This is the real number. Every shop is just a copy of it.
What Changes After QuickSync
Overselling, stockouts and the morning spreadsheet all come from one thing: every sales channel keeping its own count.
| Without QuickSyncc | With QuickSync |
|---|---|
| The last one sells on Etsy and eBay in the same hour | Safety stock on the slower channels stops the last one selling twice |
| Typing the same stock numbers into every shop each morning | One count, sent everywhere, seconds after the sale reaches us |
| Changing a price means editing the same product five times | Change it once and each shop gets the price you set for it |
| Orders scattered across six dashboards until month end | Every order in one list, already matched to the right product |
| A cancelled order leaves your numbers wrong until someone spots it | A refund puts the stock back and tells every shop |
Sync Stock. Add Listings and Orders When Ready
Sync your stock first, then enable listings and orders whenever you need them.
Real-Time Inventory Sync Across Every Channel
Every sale updates your inventory across every connected channel in real time. Your stock stays accurate everywhere, so you can sell more without worrying about overselling.
- Protect your last units with safety stock so nothing sells twice.
- Every stock change is logged with the order and shop that caused it.
- If two orders need the same item, we hold the second and ask you.
- Full change history with every reason recorded and downloadable.
Amazon's fees are higher, so your price rule adds 8% there.
Product Sync Keeping Listings Accurate Everywhere
Keep titles, descriptions, photos, prices, and variants consistent and accurate across every channel. If a channel needs extra details, we flag them before you publish.
- Your existing listings are matched automatically across every channel.
- Any missing marketplace details are flagged before publishing, not after.
- Set channel-specific prices with a percentage, markup, or fixed amount.
- Nothing goes live on any channel until you approve it.
Manage Every Channel’s Orders From One Dashboard
Every order from every channel comes into one dashboard, already matched to the right product. Manage packing, tracking, refunds, and cancellations without jumping between different shops.
- Send tracking numbers back to supported sales channels automatically.
- Refunds/cancellations automatically update stock across every channel.
- Keep every order matched to the right product for easier packing.
- Send your orders to QuickBooks already matched and ready to sync.

Built for the cases that catch you out
QuickSync goes beyond basic inventory sync software with safety stock, clash handling, price rules, and activity history.
Safety stock
Hold a few back on each shop so two people cannot buy the last one at the same moment.
We ask instead of guessing
If two shops sell the last one within seconds of each other, we stop and ask you what to do.
Price rules
Amazon and Etsy take a bigger cut, so you probably want to charge a bit more there. Set it once.
Recent activity
Every change, with the reason attached.
Watch first, switch on when you trust it
Let it just watch for a week and check the numbers line up. When you are happy, let it start making changes, one shop at a time.
Updates we sent last month
Across every seller on QuickSync.
When a marketplace is down
We hold the update and keep trying until it goes through. You get one message about it, not fifty.
Accounting
Orders go to QuickBooks already matched to the product and the shop they came from.
Integrations Coverage
Shopify, Amazon, eBay, Etsy, and Seven More. All in Sync.
Whatever channels you sell on, QuickSync keeps them connected. Explore each integration to see what’s supported, how it syncs, and how to set it up.

“Just installed the QuickSync app. This saved soooo much time rather than keying in over 300 Shopify variants into Etsy. Their online consultant answered a few questions I had and the integration was seamless. We integrated all Shopify items into Etsy in minutes and already up and running! Great app to have! Great job QuickSync team!”
“i love this app. it makes my shopify so much easier. also support helps right away when needed. I had a couple issues at the beginning with sold items not being removed from the store. they fixed it. thank you”
“QuickSync has worked great for us and solved a huge headache trying to manage products between two platforms. Omar is extremely helpful”
Questions sellers ask first
How fast is real-time inventory sync, really?
Sending a new count to a shop is under a second nearly everywhere, and a second or two on Amazon and eBay when they are busy. Finding out that a shop sold something itself is the part that varies: most channels tell us the moment it happens, and eBay, Etsy and Squarespace get looked at every couple of minutes instead. Safety stock is what covers that gap.
Which integrations does QuickSync support?
Eleven: Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, eBay, WooCommerce, Square, Clover, TikTok Shop, Squarespace and Lightspeed for stock and orders, plus QuickBooks Online for the accounting side. Each one has a setup guide on its own page.
How does QuickSync stop me overselling?
Two ways. One master count is pushed to every channel as soon as we know about the sale, so the window in which a second buyer can reach the same item is seconds, not hours. eBay and Etsy do not announce a sale to us: we check eBay every two minutes and Etsy every five for orders. Squarespace sends orders instantly, but we check its stock every two minutes. Safety stock covers those gaps. Hold some back on the slower channels, so Amazon shows nine when you have eleven and the last two are never sold twice. If two channels do sell the last unit within the same second, the first one gets it and the second is held for your decision, with no silent oversell.
Do I have to re-list all my products?
No. We match up your existing listings automatically and show you a short list of whatever we could not, so you fix a handful of items instead of starting over.
Can I try it without letting it change anything?
Yes, and most people should. Let it watch for a few days, check the numbers agree, then let it start making changes one channel at a time.
What if a marketplace goes down?
We hold the update and keep trying until it goes through. You get a single message, not one per retry, and you can send it again yourself from the activity log.
Is there a limit on orders?
No. Order volume never changes your bill. A thousand orders a day on the Lite plan costs the same as ten.
How much does QuickSync cost?
Your plan price covers two connected shops, and every shop after that adds it again. Your catalogue size decides which plan you are on. Lite is $19 a month for 1,000 items, so two shops is $19 and four is $57. Most sellers land on Pro at $29, which adds product and order sync. Eight shops is the limit on every plan. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no card. If you do nothing after the trial, syncing stops and nothing is removed from your shops.
Your stores will be syncing Before You finish your coffee
No complicated setup or manual updates. Just connect your stores and let QuickSync keep them in sync.
No credit card. After the trial, syncing stops if you walk away. Nothing is removed from your shops.
