Every shop wants the same product described in its own way, and none of them will tell you when one of the five has drifted out of step with the other four.
The description drifts
You fix a typo on Shopify in March and the eBay listing still has it in November. Nothing is broken, nothing warns you, and the only way to find out is to read all five.

Photos, option types and field lengths differ per marketplace. You find out which ones your product does not fit halfway through typing it in for the third time.
A price change stops at one shop
Putting a product up by a pound means editing it everywhere, in the right order, without forgetting the shop where you charge a bit more to cover the fees.

Every shop connects to the one product record, not to each other, so the eighth shop is the same amount of work as the first.
You picked which shops this product is on when you first published it. A change goes to those shops and nowhere else.

What product syncing covers, channel by channel
Eleven of the thirteen integrations are shops with listings in them. Where a shop will not carry something a listing elsewhere has, the cell says so.

One row per product, and the shops it is live on
You can see at a glance what is published where, what is waiting for you to approve it, and what we could not match to an existing listing.
Open a product and you get every field once: title, description, photos, options and the price, with each shop’s rule shown beside the list price so you can see what the buyer actually pays.
Anything a shop will not accept is flagged on the product, not swallowed at publish time. You fix it, or you publish to the shops that will take it and leave the rest.

When a channel will not take your listing as-is
Copying a simple product to a second shop is easy. These are the cases that decide whether it still works when your catalogue grows.
Three option types, two allowed
Etsy takes two kinds of option per listing. We tell you which products that affects before anything publishes, and you decide whether to fold two together, split the listing, or leave that product off Etsy.
Two catalogues that do not line up
We match by SKU, and hand you a short list of whatever is left. You fix a handful of items instead of starting over, and nothing is ever published off a guess.
A product with no SKU at all
Plenty of marketplace listings have never had one. Missing SKUs block matching unless automatic SKU creation is enabled. Duplicate codes within one shop still need to be corrected. If you would rather pick the codes yourself first, the free SKU generator builds one per variant and shows which channels would trim them.
A price that has to differ by shop
On Ultra and Ultra+, a percentage, a fixed uplift, or a price you type yourself. You set the rule per shop and we apply it every time the list price changes. Nothing forces two shops to the same number.
A shop outage
We hold the change and keep trying until it goes through. You get a single message, not one per retry, and you can send it again yourself.
You want it on some shops and not others
Publishing is per shop and per product. A line you only sell on Etsy stays on Etsy, and a change to it never turns up somewhere you did not put it.
Your existing listings, matched rather than replaced
Nothing is re-listed and nothing is overwritten. The first thing that happens is that we tell you what we found.
Connect your first shop
You log in to it the normal way and approve QuickSync on its own screen. Nothing to copy or paste, and you can disconnect from either side whenever you like.
Connect the second
The same again. One shop on its own has nothing to stay in step with, so you need at least two before anything happens.
Let it match your products
We line the catalogues up by SKU, and hand you a short list of whatever we could not match. You decide what happens to those.
Review, then start syncing
Review the matches, set any Ultra/Ultra+ price rules per shop, then publish the products you want where you want them. Nothing goes out before you press it.

Questions sellers ask about keeping listings in step
Which sales channels can QuickSync create listings on?
All eleven shops and marketplaces we connect to: Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, eBay, WooCommerce, Square, Clover, TikTok Shop, Squarespace, Lightspeed and Wix. We can create and update listings on every one of them. QuickBooks Online is the twelfth integration and is your accounting rather than a storefront, so there are no listings to create there.
What happens to options a shop will not carry?
Etsy is the strictest: it allows two option types per listing, so a product that is size, colour and material elsewhere has to fold down to two there. Review the destination option limits and your draft or export settings before copying a product. Check its resulting variants in the destination store.
Do I have to re-list my products to get started?
No. We match what you already have by SKU, and hand you a short list of whatever we could not match, so you fix a handful of items instead of starting over. Missing SKUs block matching unless automatic SKU creation is enabled. Duplicate SKUs within one shop still need distinct codes.
Can I charge a different price on each shop?
Yes, on Ultra and Ultra+. Each shop gets its own rule: a percentage, a fixed uplift, or a price you type yourself. We apply it every time the list price changes. Nothing forces two shops to the same number, which matters when one of them takes a bigger cut than the others. Pro syncs the list price as written; the per-shop rule is the Ultra upgrade.
Will anything be published without me looking at it?
Connecting a store only imports its catalogue. After you enable product syncing or a separate export, QuickSync can create destination listings according to your settings and platform support. Use Create as drafts where supported to review before publishing. Ongoing product updates require Pro or higher and follow the selected master store.
Which plan do I need for product syncing?
Pro, at $29 a month for two shops with every shop after that adding another $29. Lite at $19 keeps stock in step but does not include listings or orders. Per-shop price rules start at Ultra ($69). Pro covers 2,500 items, and every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no card.
