Multichannel Listing Software That Keeps Every Listing in Sync
QuickSync takes the product you write once, the photos, options, description, and price, and sends it to every store you’ve connected, formatted the way that store requires, priced the way you’ve set for it.
No credit card · nothing publishes until you have looked at it
One product in QuickSync, and a rule per shop. Change the list price once and each shop gets its own version of the change.
Five shops. Five listings. Five chances to Get it wrong.
Every store has its own rules, formats, and pricing. Keeping five versions of the same product accurate means five places to update, check, and fix.
The description drifts
You fix a typo on Shopify in March and the eBay listing still has it in November. Nothing is broken, nothing warns you, and the only way to find out is to read all five.
Every shop wants a different shape
Photos, option types and field lengths differ per marketplace. You find out which ones your product does not fit halfway through typing it in for the third time.
A price change lands in one place
Putting a product up by a pound means editing it everywhere, in the right order, without forgetting the shop where you charge a bit more to cover the fees.
| Product Listing without QuickSync | Product Listing with QuickSync |
|---|---|
| Typing the same description into five shops | Write it once and send it to the shops you choose |
| A photo replaced in one shop and stale in four | Change the photo once and every shop you selected gets it |
| Finding out mid-import that Etsy will not take three option types | Told which products are affected before anything is published |
| A price rise that lands in one shop and not the others | One change, with each shop’s own rule applied to it |
| No way to tell which shops a product is actually live on | One row per product, with the shops it is on beside it |
| Re-listing everything from scratch to get started | Existing listings matched by SKU, then by title |
Update your product once. QuickSync syncs it to every channel.
Every shop connects to the same product record, so adding an eighth shop takes no more work than adding the first.
You picked which shops this product is on when you first published it. A change goes to those shops and nowhere else.
Each figure is your list price with that shop's rule applied. Amazon and eBay cap how often anyone can send them changes, so they land a second or two behind the rest.
Stock is the only thing that moves entirely on its own. A brand-new listing always waits for you to look at it first, on every shop.

ⓘ Etsy Has Different Rules for Product Listing – It allows only two option types per listing, so a product with size, colour, and material needs a little extra attention. QuickSync flags it before publishing and leaves the decision to you.
ⓘ Nothing Goes Live Without Your Approval – QuickSync never publishes a product listing automatically. Review it first, then decide whether to publish. Inventory can sync automatically, but only after you turn syncing on.
Product Sync That Shows What’s Ready Before It Goes Live
See at a glance where each product is published, what’s ready for approval, and what needs your attention before it goes live.
Open any product to see its title, description, photos, options, and price in one place. You’ll also see each shop’s pricing rule, so you know exactly what customers will pay.
If a channel has a requirement your product doesn’t meet, QuickSync flags it before publishing. Fix it, or publish to the channels where it’s ready and leave the others for later.
- Set a percentage, fixed, or custom price for each shop.
- QuickSync checks photos and options before publishing.
- Products QuickSync can’t match are flagged for review.
- QuickSync generates missing SKUs automatically .

Built for the Cases Basic Product Sync Software Can’t Handle
Product syncing gets complicated when every channel has different rules. QuickSync handles the differences and flags anything that needs your attention.
When a channel has option limits
Etsy allows up to two option types per listing. QuickSync flags products with more than two before publishing, so you can combine options, split the listing, or leave it off Etsy.
When catalogues do not match
QuickSync matches your products by SKU and title, then shows you anything it cannot match. Fix only the few products that need attention instead of matching everything by hand.
When products do not have SKUs
Some products do not have SKUs. QuickSync can generate one for each variant so your products can be matched and synced across stores. You can also create your own SKUs with our free SKU generator.
When stores need different price
Some shops may need a higher or lower price than others. QuickSync lets you set different pricing rules and keeps them updated automatically.
When a marketplace is down
QuickSync keeps your changes safe while the marketplace is unavailable and retries the update automatically when it is back.
When products need different Stores
Not every product needs to be listed everywhere. Choose the stores for each product, and QuickSync keeps them in sync only where you want them.
Connect Your Stores and Sync Products in 4 Easy Steps
Getting started is simple. Connect your stores, let QuickSync match your products, review the matches, and start syncing when you’re ready.
Connect your first shop
You log in to it the normal way and approve QuickSync on its own screen. Nothing to copy or paste, and you can disconnect from either side whenever you like.
Connect the second
The same again. One shop on its own has nothing to stay in step with, so you need at least two before anything happens.
Let it match your products
We line the catalogues up by SKU first, then by title, and hand you a short list of whatever we could not match. You decide what happens to those.
Watch, then switch it on
Review the matches, set your price rule per shop, then publish the products you want where you want them. Nothing goes out before you press it.

Listings in Sync: FAQs
Which sales channels can QuickSync create listings on?
All ten shops and marketplaces we connect to: Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, eBay, WooCommerce, Square, Clover, TikTok Shop, Squarespace and Lightspeed. We can create and update listings on every one of them. QuickBooks Online is the eleventh integration and is your accounting rather than a storefront, so there are no listings to create there.
What happens to options a shop will not carry?
Etsy is the strictest: it allows two option types per listing, so a product that is size, colour and material elsewhere has to fold down to two there. We show you which products are affected before anything is published and you decide what happens to them. We never drop an option silently and let a buyer find it first.
Do I have to re-list my products to get started?
No. We match what you already have by SKU first, then by title, and hand you a short list of whatever we could not match, so you fix a handful of items instead of starting over. Products with no SKU at all get one generated for them so they can be matched like everything else.
Can I charge a different price on each shop?
Yes. Each shop gets its own rule: a percentage, a fixed uplift, or a price you type yourself. We apply it every time the list price changes. Nothing forces two shops to the same number, which matters when one of them takes a bigger cut than the others.
Will anything be published without me looking at it?
No. Copying a listing from one shop to another always waits for you, on every channel. Stock is the only thing that moves on its own, and only once you have turned it on. Nothing on any of your shops changes the moment you connect them.
Which plan do I need for product syncing?
Pro, at $29 a month for two shops with every shop after that adding another $29. Lite at $19 keeps stock in step but does not include listings or orders. Pro covers 2,500 items, and every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no card.
