A thousand orders a day costs the same as ten
Most multichannel inventory sync tools meter your orders. QuickSync prices on catalogue size and connected shops instead. Lite is $19 a month for two shops, and every shop after that adds another $19. Your best sales day never moves the bill.
No credit card · every plan gets the full 14 days · yearly billing saves 10%
$29 covers the first two shops, and the four after them are $29 each. Items decide which plan you are on.

Yearly billing is the same maths at 10% off, billed once a year. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no card, and no plan charges by order volume. More than 20,000 items?
Ultra+ is the largest published plan. Past its item count we price per catalogue instead, on the same basis as every plan above: what you are syncing, not how much you sell.
- Priced on your real variation count, not the next bracket up
- Order volume still costs nothing, however big it gets
- Eight connected shops is the cap on a custom plan too
Under 20,000 items? One of the four plans above already covers you, and the free trial is the cheaper way to find out which.

Pick a plan and how many shops you will connect. The plan price covers two shops; each shop after that adds it again. Eight is the cap on every plan.

Start trial on Pro →What counts as an item
An item is one variation: the exact thing a buyer picks at checkout. This is the number that decides which plan you are on, and it is the thing sellers most often get wrong before they choose.
One t-shirt can be twelve items
A t-shirt you sell in four sizes and three colours is twelve separate things a buyer can put in a basket, so it counts as twelve. A mug that comes one way only counts as one.
We count variations because each one has its own stock number to keep straight, on every shop you sell it on. Twelve variations across six channels is seventy-two numbers that have to agree, which is why a shop with 40 products can need a bigger plan than a shop with 300.
- Sizes, colours, flavours, lengths and packs each count separately
- The same variation sold on six channels is still one item
- Products you have archived or unpublished do not count
- Bundles count as one item, and take stock off the items inside

Compare the four plans
One real difference between Lite and Pro beyond the item count: Lite keeps your stock in step, and Pro adds listings and orders. Every plan lets you connect up to eight shops from any of our eleven integrations.

Fourteen days, no card, no catch
You cannot tell whether stock syncing works from a pricing page. You can tell in a week, with your own products.
Sign up and connect two shops
You log in to each shop the normal way. QuickSync starts matching your products and tells you how many items you have, which is the number you need to pick a plan. Rather do it with someone? Every trial includes a free 30-minute setup session — book a time.
Use the plan you are trying
Everything on it, for the full fourteen days. If you want to be careful, let QuickSync watch first and check the numbers agree before it changes anything.
Pick a plan, or walk away
Pick one and your first month is charged that day. Do nothing and syncing simply stops. You are never charged. Your listings, stock and orders stay exactly where they are in each shop either way.
Questions about the bill
What counts as an item?
One item is one variation, the exact thing a buyer picks at checkout. A t-shirt in four sizes and three colours is twelve items, not one. A mug that comes one way only is one item. Add up the variations across everything you sell and that is the number your plan has to cover.
Do you charge by how many orders I get?
No. Order volume never changes your bill. A thousand orders a day on Lite costs exactly the same as ten orders a day, and the same is true on every other plan.
Can I pay yearly?
Yes. Yearly billing saves 10% against the monthly total for the same plan and shop count. You pick monthly or yearly when you choose a plan in the app after the trial.
Do I pay more if I connect more integrations?
Yes. Your plan price covers two connected shops and every shop after that adds it again, so three shops on Lite is $38 a month and five is $76. Connect another and your bill goes up from the next invoice; disconnect one and it goes down. The app shows you the new figure before you confirm the change.
Can I connect all 11 integrations?
No. Eight is the limit on every plan, Lite through Ultra+, and no plan raises it. Which eight you pick is up to you and you can swap one for another later. Most sellers connect two or three.
Do I need a card to start the 14-day trial?
No card, no invoice, nothing to cancel. You sign up, connect two shops and use everything on the plan you are trying for fourteen days.
What happens when the trial ends?
Pick a plan and syncing carries on, with your first month charged that day. Do nothing and syncing simply stops. You are never charged. Either way nothing is removed from your shops, because QuickSync only ever stops updating them.
Can I change plan later?
Yes, up or down, and the change applies from your next bill. Almost everyone who moves does it because their catalogue grew, so start on the plan that fits the items you have today, not the ones you hope to add.
What if I go past my item limit?
Your item count sits next to your plan in the app, and we get in touch when you are near the line. Items already syncing keep syncing. New items past the plan cap stay in QuickSync with a “Product limit reached” status until you move up — nothing is removed from your shops.
Is there a setup fee?
No, and there is no plan you have to be on to get help setting up. Every trial includes a free 30-minute session where we connect your first two shops with you — book a time. Beyond that, Ultra and Ultra+ include the whole setup done by us at no extra cost, and on Lite and Pro you follow the setup guide for each channel with support stepping in if anything sticks.
What currency are the prices in?
US dollars. There is no setup fee and no charge per order. What you pay each month depends on the plan you pick and how many shops you connect, and the app shows you the exact figure before you confirm.
What if QuickSync does not work for my shops?
Then the trial has done its job: fourteen days, no card, so you find out with your own products before you pay anything. If something goes wrong after that you can read the refund policy and support@quicksync.pro will help.
Count your variations, pick the plan that covers them
Or skip the counting: connect one shop and QuickSync will tell you the number before you choose.
