What to know before you connect Amazon

Orders come out, not in

Amazon does not let any app create orders on it, so orders from your other shops are filled from one that can. Your Amazon orders still arrive in QuickSync.

No tracking number back to Amazon

Amazon has no way for us to send a tracking number back.

FBA inventory stays with Amazon

We always send your count to Amazon, but we only take changes back for items you ship yourself. Anything Amazon stores and ships for you (FBA) keeps its own count, which is Amazon's to own.

What does QuickSync get access to on Amazon?

Your products and stock, and your orders, and never card details. You can remove the access from Amazon at any time, and we stop.

Will connecting Amazon change my listings?

Not until you turn a sync on, and a listing we copy onto Amazon always waits for you to review it first.

Can orders from my other shops be sent into Amazon?

No. Amazon does not let any app create orders on it, so you fill those from one of your other shops.

Does the tracking number go back to Amazon?

No. Amazon has no field for us to write one into, so it stays in QuickSync and in the shop the order came from.

Which plan do I need for an Amazon integration?

Lite covers Amazon: $19 a month for two shops and 1,000 items, with stock kept in step. Pro at $29 adds listings and orders, and 2,500 items.
