Connect Amazon Seller Central to QuickSync so inventory stays aligned with your other shops. Amazon is one of the eleven public integrations. Plans allow up to eight connected integrations per account.
What Amazon syncs #
- Stock both ways for items you ship yourself (merchant-fulfilled / MFN). QuickSync sends your count to Amazon whenever it changes. Stock Amazon holds and ships (FBA / AFN) keeps Amazon’s own figure — QuickSync does not overwrite a fulfilment centre count.
- Orders come in from Amazon into QuickSync.
- Orders cannot go out into Amazon. Amazon cannot be the shop that fills a sale taken somewhere else — that is a marketplace constraint, not a missing feature.
- No tracking number pushback to Amazon. Shipping detail stays in QuickSync and in whichever shop you pack from.
- Timing: Amazon tells QuickSync when an order lands and when merchant-fulfilled stock moves. There is no polling gap on those paths.
How to connect #
- Log in to your QuickSync dashboard and open Connect Store (or Store → Add a store).
- Select Amazon.
- Complete Amazon’s authorisation for your Seller Central account and approve the requested permissions.
- Wait for the initial import to finish. Progress shows in the dashboard; duration depends on catalogue size.
- Confirm which store is your master store and turn on the sync toggles you need (inventory, products, orders) for this connection.
Limits to know before you rely on it #
Do not plan on Amazon as a fulfilment destination for orders taken on other channels. Do not assume QuickSync will mark Amazon orders shipped with a tracking number. For FBA inventory, treat Amazon’s warehouse count as authoritative.
