eBay business policy links by country

Connect your stores Updated 9 Oct 2026 4 min read

Every eBay site has its own business policies page. The table below links to it for 20 sites, from ebay.com to ebay.pl. Sign in on the site you registered on. You’ll reach the page where you create and edit shipping, payment and return policies.

The old links on bizpolicy.ebay.com, and their versions for other countries, no longer open anything. We checked each one. Use these instead.

Each link opens eBay’s sign-in first. If eBay then asks you to opt in to business policies, accept. You can’t create any until you do.

What each policy covers

PolicyWhat it tells buyersName in QuickSync
Shipping (postage on eBay UK)Your handling time, the delivery services you offer and what each costsFulfillment policy
PaymentHow buyers pay youPayment policy
ReturnWhether you take returns, how long buyers have, and who pays to send an item backReturn policy

Policies belong to one site. A policy made on ebay.de works only on ebay.de. Make yours on the site you registered your account on. That’s also the site we list on.

How QuickSync uses them

  • We read them from eBay. We do it when you connect, and whenever you open the eBay store’s Review settings.
  • You pick one of each there. We use those three on every listing. There’s no per-product policy.
  • We check them before each new listing. If one’s missing, or comes from another eBay site, the product waits under Needs attention. We won’t list it without all three.
  • Calculated shipping needs a package. If your shipping policy works out the cost from the buyer’s address, we also need a package size and weight in Review settings.

Without all three, products headed for eBay show eBay business policies required. To create each one and pick it in QuickSync, follow Set up eBay business policies.

Common questions

Where do I find my eBay business policies?

Sign in to eBay and open the business policies page. It’s in the Account section of My eBay. Or use the table above. On ebay.com it’s www.ebay.com/bp/manage, and on ebay.co.uk it’s www.ebay.co.uk/bp/manage. There you create, edit and delete your shipping, payment and return policies. Each eBay site has its own set.

Why doesn’t the bizpolicy.ebay.com link work?

The old addresses on bizpolicy.ebay.com no longer exist. Nor do their versions for other countries. None of them opens a page today. The page now sits at /bp/manage on each site’s own domain, such as www.ebay.com/bp/manage in the US. For Germany, it’s www.ebay.de/bp/manage. The table above has the link for 20 eBay sites.

Are eBay business policies different for each country?

Yes. Each eBay site keeps its own set. A policy made on ebay.co.uk works only there. You’d make a separate one for ebay.com. We list on the site you registered your eBay account on. Before we create a listing, we check that every policy belongs to that site. A policy from another site stops the listing. Pick a current one to carry on.

Do I have to opt in to eBay business policies?

Yes. According to eBay’s help, you opt in before you can create business policies, and opting in covers your whole account. If you haven’t, we email you asking you to create them. We can’t list on eBay until you have a shipping, a payment and a return policy. You also need to pick all three in your eBay store’s Review settings.

Next step

Made your three policies? Pick them in QuickSync with Set up eBay business policies. For the rest of the eBay setup, read Connect eBay.
