Etsy integration that syncs stock, listings and orders
Connect Etsy and everywhere else you sell reads from the same number. Sell on Etsy and the others drop to match. Sell somewhere else and Etsy drops to match. Etsy cannot push its sales to us, so we check every couple of minutes. The exact timing is in the table below.
No credit card · connected in about ten minutes · nothing on Etsy changes until you say so
- Both ways
- We can create and update
- Orders out only, tracking back
- Stock every two minutes, orders every five

What an Etsy integration actually moves
One row per job. Where Etsy does not allow something, the row says so plainly, with no tick that carries fine print.
| The job | Does it? | What that means |
|---|---|---|
| Stock we send out | Yes | We set the exact number on Etsy instead of nudging it up and down, which is what keeps two tools from overwriting each other. |
| Stock we read in | Yes | We can ask Etsy for a product’s current number whenever something looks wrong, as well as taking the changes it reports. |
| Listings | Create and update | We can put a product on Etsy with its photos, options, description and category, then keep that listing in step with your other shops afterwards. |
| Prices | Sent | Selling price and the was-price both go across. You pick the direction, and a rule can add a margin so Etsy is not stuck at another shop’s price. |
| Orders coming in | Yes | Etsy orders land in one list with the customer, the address, the shipping and the right product attached. An order still awaiting payment waits until it is paid. |
| Orders going out | Not possible | Etsy hands orders out but cannot take one in, because no app is allowed to create orders on it. You pick one of the six that can as the place you pack from. |
| Tracking going back | Yes | Add a tracking number to the order and we send it back to Etsy on its own, and the buyer gets Etsy’s normal notification. |
| How fast we update it | Under a second | We write new numbers to Etsy immediately. The outbound half is fast on all twelve integrations. |
| How fast it tells us | Stock every two minutes, orders every five | Etsy has no way to tell us the moment something sells, so we check it on a timer: stock every two minutes, orders every five. Keeping a little safety stock on your best sellers is the honest way to cover that gap. |
How the Etsy connection is made
About two minutes, no developer, and nothing to copy or paste anywhere.
What you click
You approve QuickSync from your Etsy account for the shop you want connected.
What we ask for
Your products and stock, and your orders. Payment card details are never part of it. We ask for what the jobs in the table above need and nothing beyond that.
How you disconnect
From QuickSync’s settings, or from Etsy’s own screen for the apps it is connected to. Either side is enough on its own. Your Etsy products, stock and orders stay exactly where they are.
What your Etsy products look like once connected
Products, Orders and Settings is the whole of it. There is no dashboard to learn.
Every product keeps one number of its own, and each shop it is connected to shows what that shop currently says. When the two disagree you can see it on the same row, along with when it was last put right.
Orders from Etsy arrive in the same list as orders from everywhere else, already matched to the right product. Put a tracking number on one and it goes back to Etsy on its own, which is the step most sellers were doing by hand twice.
- One count per product, with each shop’s number beside it
- Anything we cannot match goes to a short review list, and we never guess
- Safety stock per shop, so the last one or two are never exposed everywhere at once

Etsy limits: know them before you connect
Every sync tool has constraints. These are the ones that apply here.
We check Etsy on a timer
Etsy has no way to tell us the moment something sells, so we check it on a timer: stock every two minutes, orders every five. Keeping a little safety stock on your best sellers is the honest way to cover that gap.
Orders come out, not in
Etsy will not let anything create an order on it, so it cannot be the shop that fills a sale taken somewhere else. Six of the twelve integrations can, and you pick one of those as the place you pack from. Your Etsy orders still land in the same list.
Two option types on Etsy
Etsy allows two kinds of option per listing, so a product that is size, colour and material elsewhere has to fold down to two. We show you which products are affected before anything is published.
One SKU per Etsy listing
If two listings in the same Etsy shop share a SKU, we flag them as “Multiple same SKU” and leave sync off for those items rather than guessing which stock count wins. Give each listing its own SKU before you turn sync on.
Nothing publishes itself
Copying a listing onto Etsy always waits for you to look at it. Stock is the only thing that moves on its own, and only once you have turned that direction on.
Connecting Etsy takes about ten minutes end to end
Most of it is you reviewing the product matching, not waiting on us. A Etsy integration only starts changing things when you tell it to.
Connect Etsy
You approve QuickSync from your Etsy account for the shop you want connected.
Connect the other shop
The same again for wherever else you sell. Etsy on its own has nothing to stay in step with, so you need at least two connected before anything happens.
Let it match your products
We line the catalogues up by SKU first, then by title, and hand you a short list of whatever we could not match. You decide what happens to those.
Watch, then switch it on
Leave it watching for a few days and check the numbers agree. When you are happy, let it start making changes, one shop and one direction at a time if you prefer.
Connect Etsy with
Each combination has its own guide, because no two channels allow exactly the same things.
Or read about another shop on its own
Every integration has a page covering what it can and cannot do.
Etsy is inside the smallest plan
Order volume never changes your bill. Your catalogue size picks the plan, and your plan price covers two connected shops with every shop after that adding it again.
Lite
$19/mo for two shops1,000 items and up to eight connected integrations, with stock kept in step. Etsy counts as one of the eight, so there is room for seven more.

Ultra at $69 and Ultra+ at $99 add larger catalogues, price rules and setup help. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no card.
Questions Etsy sellers ask
How quickly does QuickSync know about a Etsy sale?
Etsy has no way to tell us the moment something sells, so we check it on a timer: stock every two minutes, orders every five. Keeping a little safety stock on your best sellers is the honest way to cover that gap. Once we have the sale, correcting every other shop takes a fraction of a second, or a second or two on Amazon and eBay. Sending a change the other way is quick too. It is only finding out about Etsy’s own sales that waits for the next look.
What does QuickSync get access to on Etsy?
Your products and stock, and your orders, and nothing beyond what the jobs in the table above need. Payment card details are never part of what we receive. You can withdraw the access from the Etsy side whenever you like, and we stop.
Will connecting Etsy change my listings?
No. Nothing on Etsy is edited, published or unpublished until you turn a direction on, and copying a listing onto Etsy always waits for you to look at it first. Most sellers leave it watching for a few days and check the numbers agree before letting it make any changes.
Can orders from my other shops be sent into Etsy?
No. Etsy does not allow any app to create orders on it, and it hands its orders out only. Six of the twelve integrations can be the shop that fills an order taken somewhere else, so you pick one of those as your packing bench. Your Etsy orders still land in the same list.
Does the tracking number go back to Etsy?
Yes. Add the number to the order in QuickSync and we send it back to Etsy on its own, and the buyer gets Etsy’s normal notification. It is one fewer thing to do twice.
Which plan do I need for a Etsy integration?
Lite covers Etsy, at $19 a month for two shops with every shop after that adding another $19, and 1,000 items with stock kept in step. Pro at $29 adds listings and orders and 2,500 items. Eight shops is the limit on every plan. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no card.
Connect Etsy and watch one shop correct the other
Make one test sale and watch the other shop’s count drop. If it does not work the way this page describes, you have spent ten minutes and no money.
