Does the tracking number go back to both shops?
Supported shipment updates return to the original order when the connected fulfillment store supplies them. Wix return tracking is limited to supported carriers and eligible whole-order fulfillment updates. Unsupported carriers need manual handling in Wix. Etsy accepts updates only where it grants access for your shipping origin, integration date and approved-provider status. If access is restricted, add tracking and mark the order shipped in Etsy.
Can I create an order on Etsy from a sale on Wix?
No. Wix and Etsy hand orders out and do not accept orders created elsewhere. We pull both into one packing list so you still work from one place; each order stays on the channel it came from.
What happens if a buyer cancels or I refund them on Wix or Etsy?
