How you disconnect
You can disconnect from QuickSync settings or through Wix’s connected apps area. Your existing Wix products, stock, and orders stay in place after disconnecting.
What Your Wix products Look like Once Connected

Each product has one main stock number, while each connected shop shows its own stock. If they don’t match, you can spot the difference and see when it was fixed.

Know the Wix Rules Before You Sync
Wix works a little differently from some other sales channels. These platform-specific details are worth knowing before you turn the connection on.
Wix Reports Changes as They Happen
Wix sends QuickSync updates when stock changes or an order comes in. There is no scheduled polling delay for these updates.
Wix Sends Orders Out, Not In
QuickSync can send Wix orders to your fulfillment store, but it does not create orders on Wix from your other sales channels. Choose a supported fulfillment platform as the place where your orders are packed.
Nothing Publishes Automatically
Listings only move to Wix after you review them. Stock updates automatically, but only after you turn on stock syncing.

Questions Wix sellers ask
How quickly does QuickSync know about a Wix sale?
Straight away. Wix tells us the moment an order is placed or a count changes, so we are never sitting on a timer waiting to check. In normal conditions the other shops you sell in are corrected inside a second or two. If Wix has an outage, we hold the change and retry until it goes through.
What does QuickSync get access to on Wix?
Your products and stock, and your orders, and nothing beyond what the jobs in the table above need. Payment card details are never part of what we receive. You can withdraw the access from the Wix side whenever you like, and we stop.
Can orders from Shopify go into Wix?
No. Wix orders can flow to your fulfillment store, but QuickSync does not create orders on Wix from other sales channels. Wix is used to send orders out, not receive them from other stores.
Can orders from my other shops be sent into Wix?
No. QuickSync does not create orders on Wix; it hands its orders out only. Several of the integrations can be the shop that fills an order taken somewhere else, so you pick one of those as your packing bench. Your Wix orders still land in the same list.
Does the tracking number go back to Wix?
Yes. Add the number to the order in QuickSync and we send it back to Wix on its own, and the buyer gets Wix’s normal notification. It is one fewer thing to do twice.
Will my Wix store variants sync?
Yes. QuickSync supports up to 6 option groups and 100 options per product. Your variant details can move along with the product.
What if I edit a product directly in Wix?
If Wix is not your main store, the change can be replaced during the next sync. For consistent product data, make your product changes in your main store instead.
Can I connect more than one Wix store?
Yes. You can connect multiple Wix stores to the same QuickSync account. This is useful if you manage more than one Wix store.
