Know what each integration can and cannot do
Inventory sync works across all eleven sales channels, but order routing and tracking vary by platform. Six sales channels can receive orders for fulfillment — Shopify, WooCommerce, Square, Clover, Lightspeed and Wix — and the other five can only send orders out. Four integrations do not accept tracking through QuickSync, so tracking must be added directly in that platform.

Pro
$29/mo for two shops2,500 items and up to eight connected shops, and the point where listings and orders start syncing as well as stock. Most sellers running more than two shops end up here.

Questions about the marketplace integrations
How many marketplace integrations does QuickSync support?
QuickSync supports 12 integrations: Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, eBay, WooCommerce, Square, Clover, TikTok Shop, Squarespace, Lightspeed, Wix, and QuickBooks. QuickSync also offers various cross-platform integrations, which you can check on this page.
Does marketplace integration sync inventory in real-time?
For most of the platforms, yes, QuickSync integration supports inventory sync in real-time. However, for some platforms it doesn’t, because of that platform’s rules: Etsy, eBay, and Squarespace use scheduled inventory checks. The exact inventory update timing depends on what each platform allows.
Can I choose where orders are fulfilled with the QuickSync integration tool?
Yes, you can choose where to fulfill orders from, but only at stores that support this. Out of the 12 integrations QuickSync offers, six can receive orders from another connected channel and act as the fulfillment store.
Which channels will not take a tracking number?
Amazon, Square, Clover and QuickBooks. Lightspeed marks the order as shipped but does not carry the tracking number across. Everywhere else the number goes back to the shop the order came from on its own, once you add it.
Do I pay more for more channels?
Yes. Your plan price covers two connected shops and every shop after that adds it again, so three shops on Lite is $38 a month and five is $76. Your catalogue size decides which plan you are on: Lite is $19 for 1,000 items with stock syncing only, and Pro is $29 for 2,500 items with listings and orders on top. Eight shops is the limit on every plan. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no card.
Can every integration receive orders from other channels?
No, not all integrations can receive orders from other channels; some do have limitations. Amazon, Etsy, eBay, TikTok Shop, Squarespace, and Wix cannot receive orders created by another channel. Their orders can still be routed to a supported fulfillment store.
Which integration should I connect first?
You can start with the store that holds your most reliable product or inventory data, then connect the channel where you want that information reflected. The right setup depends on how you fulfill orders.
Does QuickSync support price adjustments for different marketplaces?
Yes, on the Ultra plan. You can apply automatic price modifications using percentage markups or reductions. This helps you cover marketplace fees and adjust for regional pricing differences. At the same time, it protects your profit margins and keeps pricing balanced.
