In practice

Know What Each Integration Can and Cannot Do

Inventory sync works across all ten sales channels, but order routing and tracking vary by platform. Six channels can receive orders for fulfillment. The other five can only send orders out. Four integrations do not accept tracking through QuickSync, so tracking must be added directly in that platform.

Shopify, WooCommerce, Square, Clover, Lightspeed, Amazon, and TikTok Shop update instantly. Etsy and eBay are checked every two minutes, while Squarespace checks stock every two minutes but sends orders instantly.

QuickBooks is not a sales channel. Stock appears as a figure in your books, while orders and invoices move into QuickBooks without sales or tracking updates coming back.

Pricing

Which plan you need

Order volume never changes your bill. Your catalogue size picks the plan, and your plan price covers two connected shops with every shop after that adding it again.

Lite

$19/mo for two shops

1,000 items and up to eight connected integrations, with stock kept in step. Stock syncing only, which is all some sellers ever want.

Pro

$29/mo for two shops

2,500 items and up to eight connected integrations, and the point where listings and orders start syncing as well as stock. Most sellers running more than two shops end up here.

Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no card. Ultra and Ultra+ add larger catalogues and setup help.

FAQ

Questions about the integrations

How many channels does QuickSync connect to?

Eleven. Ten sales channels, Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, eBay, WooCommerce, Square, Clover, TikTok Shop, Squarespace and Lightspeed, plus QuickBooks Online for the accounting side. Every one of them has its own page with the setup guide and the limits written out.

What happens if a channel cannot take orders in?

It hands its orders out and something else fills them. Six channels can be the shop that fills an order taken somewhere else: Shopify, WooCommerce, Square, Clover, Lightspeed and QuickBooks. Amazon, Etsy, eBay, TikTok Shop and Squarespace cannot, so if you sell on those you pick one of the six as the place you pack from. Their orders still land in your one list either way.

Is every channel really updated in real time?

No. Three of the eleven are on a timer, and here is the exact breakdown. Most channels tell us the moment something changes. Etsy and eBay have no way of doing that, so we check Etsy and eBay stock every couple of minutes and pick up Etsy orders every five. Squarespace tells us about an order straight away but its stock is on the same short timer. Sending an update out is quick everywhere.

Which channels will not take a tracking number?

Amazon, Square, Clover and QuickBooks. Lightspeed marks the order as shipped but does not carry the tracking number across. Everywhere else the number goes back to the shop the order came from on its own, once you add it.

Do I pay more for more channels?

Yes. Your plan price covers two connected shops and every shop after that adds it again, so three shops on Lite is $38 a month and five is $76. Your catalogue size decides which plan you are on: Lite is $19 for 1,000 items with stock syncing only, and Pro is $29 for 2,500 items with listings and orders on top. Eight shops is the limit on every plan. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no card.

Where should I start if I sell in more than two places?

Connect the two that hurt most, leave it watching for a few days until you trust the numbers, then add the rest one at a time. Every shop connects to QuickSync, not to the other shops, so the eighth is no harder to add than the first.

Connect two channels and watch one correct the other

Make one test sale and watch the other shop’s count drop. If it does not work the way this page describes, you have spent ten minutes and no money.
