Wix Amazon integration that keeps one stock count
Wix and Amazon hold separate stock counts and neither updates the other, so a sync app is what puts one number behind both. For sellers with a Wix storefront who also list on Amazon. Both sides announce their sales, and the shared code has to fit Amazon’s twenty characters, the tightest limit of the twelve. Both sides tell us the moment something sells, so the other is corrected in a few seconds.

How to connect Wix and Amazon
Four steps and about ten minutes. The two connections are a login each; most of the time is us matching your catalogues, and nothing changes until you switch it on.
Connect Wix
You install QuickSync from the Wix App Market on your site and approve it. Billing runs through the Wix Apps marketplace.
Connect Amazon
You authorise QuickSync in Seller Central for the marketplaces you sell in.
Let it match your products
We line the two catalogues up by SKU, then by title, and hand you a short list of anything we could not match. You decide what happens to those.
Watch, then switch it on
Leave it watching for a few days and check the numbers agree. When you are happy, let it start making changes, one shop at a time.
What a Wix Amazon integration actually moves
One row per job, based on how QuickSync connects to Wix and Amazon today. Where a side does not allow something, the cell says so.

Running Wix and Amazon by hand
Nearly every problem selling on both Wix and Amazon comes from each side keeping its own count. Sell the last one twice and you oversell somebody.
| Two shops, run by hand | Two shops, connected |
|---|---|
| The last one sells in both shops within the same hour | Whichever shop sells it, the other one drops to match |
| Typing the same stock numbers into Wix and Amazon each morning | One count, sent to both, without anyone opening a spreadsheet |
| Changing a price means editing the same product twice | Change it once and each shop gets the price you set for it |
| Orders in two dashboards, matched up by hand at the end of the week | Every order already matched to the right product |
| A refund leaves your numbers wrong until someone notices | A refund puts the stock back and tells both shops |
| Guessing how stale each shop’s number is | A sale on either shop reaches the other in a few seconds |
One Amazon order, start to finish
Real timings, second by second.
Correcting Wix takes a few seconds once we have the sale. The order is in your packing list with the Amazon order number on it.
The other direction is the same: a sale on Wix reaches Amazon just as quickly, because Wix pushes it to us the moment it happens too.
The limits: know them before you connect
Every Wix Amazon integration has constraints. These are the ones that apply here.
Quick between Wix and Amazon
Both Wix and Amazon tell us the moment something sells, so a sale in one is reflected in the other in a few seconds. There is no polling gap on this pair.
Stock Amazon holds is left alone
We always send your count to Amazon, but we only take changes back for items you ship yourself. Anything Amazon stores and ships keeps its own count, which is Amazon’s to own.
Nothing publishes itself to Wix or Amazon
Copying a listing from Wix to Amazon (or the other way) always waits for you to look at it. Stock is the only thing that moves on its own, and only once you have turned it on.
Both sides announce, at different rates
Neither channel is on a timer, but they are not equally quick.
Wix reports a sale the moment it happens and Amazon does the same for orders you ship yourself, so neither side waits on a clock. Writing the new count back is where they differ: Wix takes it within seconds, and Amazon takes a second or two because stock updates go in as a submitted feed we wait to see accepted.
For a shelf shared between a website and a marketplace, that is comfortably inside the window that matters. Nothing here needs safety stock the way a polled channel does.
Twenty characters, and the stock Amazon holds
Amazon sets the code limit and keeps its own fulfilment count.
Amazon’s seller SKU stops at 20 characters against Wix’s 40, so Amazon decides the shared code. Settle that before the first match and nothing lands in the unmatched list.
We always send your count to Amazon, but we only read changes back for items you ship yourself: anything Amazon stores and ships keeps the count Amazon maintains. And because Wix mirrors a master store, product edits belong in the master rather than on Wix, which overwrites them on the next sync.
Two shops fits the smallest plan
Your catalogue size picks the plan, and your plan price covers two connected shops with every shop after that adding it again. Three shops on Lite is $38 a month.

Questions people ask about this pair
How quickly does Amazon update after something sells on Wix?
A few seconds in normal conditions. Wix tells us the moment the sale happens and we write the new count to Amazon straight away. The reverse is the same when Amazon sells. If either side is briefly unreachable we hold the update and keep trying rather than dropping it.
Can I sync inventory between Wix and Amazon?
Yes, through a sync app: neither platform reads the other. QuickSync matches products by SKU (20 characters or fewer, Amazon’s limit and the tighter of the two) and corrects each side within seconds of a sale on the other, for the items you fulfil yourself.
What happens to stock Amazon fulfils for me?
It stays Amazon’s to count. We always send your figure to Amazon, but we only take changes back for merchant-fulfilled items, because a count Amazon is authoritative for should not be overwritten by another system.
Do I have to re-list my Wix products on Amazon?
No. We match your existing Wix and Amazon listings by SKU first, then by title, and hand you a short list of whatever we could not match. You can also copy a listing from one side to the other if you want it in both places; that step always waits for you.
Can I charge a different price on Amazon?
Yes. Set a rule once for Amazon: a percentage, a fixed uplift, or a price you type yourself. We apply it whenever the price changes, and nothing forces Wix and Amazon to the same number.
Does the tracking number go back to both shops?
Not to Amazon. Amazon has no way for us to send a tracking number back.
Does an Amazon order get recreated on Wix?
No. The order stays on Amazon. We pull it into your one QuickSync list next to your Wix orders so you pack from one place, without creating a duplicate Wix order for it.
What happens if a buyer cancels or I refund them on Wix or Amazon?
The stock goes back. A cancellation or a refund puts the item back into your count and we send the corrected number to both Wix and Amazon.
Which plan do I need for Wix and Amazon?
Lite covers Wix and Amazon. Lite is $19 a month for two shops and holds 1,000 items, with up to eight connected integrations. You would move up a plan for catalogue size, and your bill goes up by another $19 if you connect a third shop.
Selling somewhere else as well?
Each combination has its own page, including the limits that apply to that pair, not a generic Wix write-up with the logo swapped.
Or read about one shop on its own
Every channel has a page covering exactly what syncs, what does not, and how fast.
Connect Wix and Amazon and watch one correct the other
Make one test sale and watch the other shop’s count drop. If it doesn’t work the way this page describes, you’ve spent ten minutes and no money.
