Before connecting

Check your SKUs

A SKU identifies a variant. Names, barcodes and photos aren’t substitutes for SKU matching.

Missing codes

Items without SKUs won’t match existing listings. Add the same SKU to each matching variant before syncing.

Repeated codes

Two different variants with the same SKU are ambiguous. Give each variant a unique code and use it in both stores.

Different codes

If an item is MUG-BLUE in one store and BLUE-MUG in the other, those codes don’t match. Use the same SKU for that item.

Choose the store and location whose stock count should be used for the initial alignment. Review those quantities first.

Use your whole catalogue or select a smaller list. Exporting missing products is optional; review that setting before starting.

Start Syncing matches SKUs, aligns quantities from your selected source and starts inventory syncing. It can change stock in the other stores.

Will connecting a store change my stock?

Connecting fetches its catalogue. The Start Syncing step can rewrite quantities on matched items. Review the selected source and locations before you start.

Will eBay or Etsy sales update instantly?

We check eBay inventory every two minutes and Etsy orders every five minutes. Channels that announce changes can update sooner. Read your pair page for the two directions.

Do I need product and order syncing?

Inventory syncing is included on Lite. Product and order syncing are separate Pro features. Enable the features your setup needs.
