QuickSync subscriptions are billed per your plan terms. This page is the short version; the full walkthrough is in the cancellation and refund policy doc.

During the free trial

If you cancel during the free trial, you are not charged. When the trial ends without a plan, syncing stops. Nothing is removed from your shops.

How to cancel

If you signed up on the QuickSync website, cancel inside your QuickSync dashboard. If you installed QuickSync through an app marketplace (for example Shopify or WooCommerce), cancel from that marketplace as well — removing the app from your store cancels the subscription and stops future billing for marketplace installs.

Refunds

Refund eligibility depends on your billing terms and how you subscribed. For refund or billing questions, email support@quicksync.pro with your account email and invoice ID.

Where a refund is approved, timing follows the billing path already published in the docs:

  • Website or Square billing: 3–5 business days
  • Shopify or WooCommerce billing: follow that marketplace’s refund timeline
