What to know before you connect Squarespace

Orders come out, not in

QuickSync does not create orders on Squarespace, so orders from your other shops are filled from one that can. Your Squarespace orders still arrive in QuickSync.

What does QuickSync get access to on Squarespace?

Your products and stock, and your orders, and never card details. You can remove the access from Squarespace at any time, and we stop.

Will connecting Squarespace change my listings?

Not until you turn a sync on, and a listing we copy onto Squarespace always waits for you to review it first.

Can orders from my other shops be sent into Squarespace?

No. QuickSync does not create orders on Squarespace, so you fill those from one of your other shops.

Does the tracking number go back to Squarespace?

Yes. Add it to the order in QuickSync and it goes back to Squarespace, which sends the buyer its usual update.

Which plan do I need for a Squarespace integration?
