Clover Limits: Know What to Expect
Clover supports real-time updates, but a few platform rules affect how orders and fulfillment work.
Clover Sends Updates in Real Time
Clover sends inventory and order changes to QuickSync as they happen, so there is no scheduled polling delay.
Tracking Does Not Sync Back to Clover
Clover does not support tracking number or carrier updates through QuickSync. Tracking therefore stays with the source or fulfillment system where supported.
External Orders Need an Order Type
Orders coming from other channels need a Clover Order Type so they can be classified correctly.

Plans for Your Clover Store
Or read about another shop on its own
Every integration has a page covering what it can and cannot do.
Find the Right Plan for Your Clover Setup
Your plan is based on catalog size, not order volume. Every plan includes two connected shops, with more connections available as your business grows.
Lite
$19/mo for two shops
1,000 items and up to eight connected integrations, with stock kept in step. Clover counts as one of the eight, so there is room for seven more.
Pro
$29/mo for two shops
2,500 items and up to eight connected integrations, and the point at which listings and orders start syncing as well as stock. Most sellers running a second shop end up here.
Ultra at $69 and Ultra+ at $99 add larger catalogues, price rules and setup help. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no card.
Questions Clover sellers ask
Can I use Clover as my fulfillment store?
Yes. Choose Clover as your fulfillment store when setting up Order Syncing. Supported orders from other channels can then be created in Clover.
Can Clover receive orders from my other stores?
Yes. Supported external orders can be created in Clover when Clover is selected as your fulfillment store. Your team can then process those orders directly through Clover.
Can QuickSync send tracking back to Clover?
No. Clover does not support tracking number or carrier updates through QuickSync. The tracking information remains with the relevant source or fulfillment system.
Which is the best Clover integration app?
The best Clover integration app should sync products, inventory, and orders reliably. It should also be easy to use. QuickSync is a strong option because it connects Clover with leading channels and gives merchants one dashboard for sync control. QuickSync automatically syncs inventory, products, and orders, helping manage all your sales actions from a single page.
Does QuickSync support Clover US and EU?
Yes, QuickSync supports Clover US and EU setups. Merchants can connect their Clover account and sync supported product, inventory, and order data. This helps retail businesses manage POS and online channels with cleaner regional support and better control, including VAT and currency handling to ensure compliance with local regulations.
Can Clover support negative inventory sync?
Yes, Clover supports negative inventory values where applicable. QuickSync can work with Clover inventory ranges, helping merchants keep stock movement aligned. This is useful when businesses allow backorders, delayed stock updates, or special inventory handling inside their workflow.
