TikTok Shop Clover integration that keeps the register and the marketplace in step
For sellers whose TikTok orders draw from the same shelf as a Clover register. Both sides report a sale as it happens; Clover has no field for a tracking number, so shipping detail stays with the TikTok order and in QuickSync. Both sides tell us the moment something sells, so the other is corrected in under a second.

How to connect TikTok Shop and Clover
Four steps and about ten minutes. The two connections are a login each; most of the time is us matching your catalogues, and nothing changes until you switch it on.
Connect TikTok Shop
You approve QuickSync in TikTok Shop Seller Center for the shop you want connected.
Connect Clover
You install QuickSync from the Clover app market on the merchant account that owns the register.
Let it match your products
We line the two catalogues up by SKU, then by title, and hand you a short list of anything we could not match. You decide what happens to those.
Watch, then switch it on
Leave it watching for a few days and check the numbers agree. When you are happy, let it start making changes, one shop at a time.
What a TikTok Shop Clover integration actually moves

Running the register and the other channel by hand
The register and the TikTok Shop listing are the same unit of stock. When only one of them knows it sold, the other keeps offering it. That is how you oversell.
| Two shops, run by hand | Two shops, connected |
|---|---|
| The last one sells in both shops within the same hour | Whichever shop sells it, the other one drops to match |
| Typing the same stock numbers into TikTok Shop and Clover each morning | One count, sent to both, without anyone opening a spreadsheet |

One Clover order, start to finish
Real timings, second by second.
Correcting TikTok Shop takes under a second once we have the sale. The order is in your packing list with the Clover order number on it.
The other direction is the same: a sale on TikTok Shop reaches Clover just as quickly, because TikTok Shop pushes it to us the moment it happens too.
The limits: know them before you connect
Every TikTok Shop Clover integration has constraints. These are the ones that apply here.
Quick between TikTok Shop and Clover
Both TikTok Shop and Clover tell us the moment something sells, so a sale in one is reflected in the other in under a second. There is no polling gap on this pair.
No tracking number back to Clover
Clover has no field for a tracking number, so we cannot write one back. If you also ship from the same stock, the tracking stays in QuickSync rather than on the Clover order.
Nothing publishes itself to TikTok Shop or Clover
Copying a listing from TikTok Shop to Clover (or the other way) always waits for you to look at it. Stock is the only thing that moves on its own, and only once you have turned it on.
A spike online, a queue at the till
Both sides of this pair announce their sales, so neither waits.
TikTok Shop and Clover both tell us about a sale the moment it happens, and each is corrected from the other in about a second. A video that moves thirty units in an hour walks the register’s count down one sale at a time, and a busy Saturday at the counter does the same to the TikTok listing.
There’s no polling window here to plan safety stock around: the count both sides show during the rush is the real one.
Fifty characters, and no tracking into Clover
TikTok sets the code limit; Clover has nowhere to put a number.
The shared SKU has to fit TikTok Shop’s 50-character limit, the tighter side against Clover’s 100. Counter items with no code at all show up in matching, and giving them SKUs there is what makes the first sync clean.
Tracking goes to the TikTok order, where the platform requires it. Clover has no field for us to write a number into, so shipping detail for anything sent from counter stock lives in QuickSync and on the TikTok side.

Questions people ask about this pair
How quickly does Clover update after something sells on TikTok Shop?
Under a second in normal conditions. TikTok Shop tells us the moment the sale happens and we write the new count to Clover straight away. The reverse is the same when Clover sells. If either side is briefly unreachable we hold the update and keep trying rather than dropping it.
Can I sync TikTok Shop and Clover?
Yes. QuickSync connects TikTok Shop Seller Center and the Clover App Market app, matches items by SKU (50 characters or fewer, TikTok’s limit), and corrects each side in about a second after a sale on the other. Both platforms report sales immediately.
Does Clover get the tracking number for TikTok orders?
No, because Clover has no field to hold one. The number goes to the TikTok order, which is where the buyer and the platform look for it, and stays visible in QuickSync.
Do I have to re-list my TikTok Shop products on Clover?
No. We match your existing TikTok Shop and Clover listings by SKU first, then by title, and hand you a short list of whatever we could not match. You can also copy a listing from one side to the other if you want it in both places; that step always waits for you.
Can I charge a different price on Clover?
Yes. Set a rule once for Clover: a percentage, a fixed uplift, or a price you type yourself. We apply it whenever the price changes, and nothing forces TikTok Shop and Clover to the same number.
Does the tracking number go back to both shops?
Not to Clover. Clover has no way for us to send a tracking number back. Counter sales rarely need one, but it is worth knowing if you also ship from the same stock.
Does a TikTok Shop order get recreated on Clover?
No. The order stays on TikTok Shop. We pull it into your one QuickSync list next to your Clover orders so you pack from one place, without creating a duplicate Clover order for it.
What happens if a buyer cancels or I refund them on TikTok Shop or Clover?
The stock goes back. A cancellation or a refund puts the item back into your count and we send the corrected number to both TikTok Shop and Clover.
Which plan do I need for TikTok Shop and Clover?
Lite covers TikTok Shop and Clover. Lite is $19 a month for two shops and holds 1,000 items, with up to eight connected integrations. You would move up a plan for catalogue size, and your bill goes up by another $19 if you connect a third shop.
