Wix mirrors the master store

Product edits made directly on Wix are overwritten on the next sync, by design: the master store is where the catalogue is edited, and Wix displays it. Stock and orders still move the moment they change, in both directions.

Manual control

Review export and draft settings for Wix and WooCommerce

Connecting Wix and WooCommerce imports their catalogues. A confirmed Sync Products export can create missing products. Ongoing product syncing follows your master store on Pro or higher. Use Create as drafts where supported when you want to review copies before publication.

Questions people ask about this pair

Does Wix integrate with WooCommerce?

Yes, through QuickSync. Connect Wix and WooCommerce, match products by SKU, and a sale on either side lowers the count on the other.

Do I need to update stock manually in Wix and WooCommerce?

No. Once both stores are connected, matching products have the same SKU and inventory syncing is enabled, QuickSync syncs stock changes automatically. Sync timing varies by channel; review the details below before connecting.

What do I need before connecting Wix and WooCommerce?

Use matching SKUs of 40 characters or fewer, turn on inventory tracking in Wix and choose the products you want to sync. Wix supports standard physical products; subscriptions, digital products and app-installed custom fields are not synced.

Where should I edit product details?

Edit product details in your selected master store. QuickSync mirrors those details to connected stores; changes made directly in a destination store can be overwritten by the master on the next product sync.

How do I connect Wix to WooCommerce?

You connect your site from QuickSync and approve the install in Wix. You enter your shop address, log in to your WordPress admin when we send you there, and approve the API access request. WooCommerce hands the keys back to us. Nothing on your shop changes until you turn a sync on. Then match products by SKU, choose which shop holds the true count on day one and turn the sync on. Keep SKUs within 40 characters, Wix’s limit.

Do I have to re-list my Wix products on WooCommerce?

No. Existing Wix and WooCommerce listings match by SKU. A separate Sync Products export can create missing products. Ongoing product updates require Pro or higher and a master store. Review the export scope and draft setting before confirming a write.

Can I charge a different price on WooCommerce?

Yes, on Ultra or higher. Set a price-modification rule for WooCommerce in its store settings. Ongoing price updates follow the product master and the selected rule, so Wix and WooCommerce can use different prices.

Does the tracking number go back to both shops?

Supported shipment updates return to the original order when the connected fulfillment store supplies them. Wix return tracking is limited to supported carriers and eligible whole-order fulfillment updates. Unsupported carriers need manual handling in Wix. Supported tracking details can return to the originating WooCommerce order.

Does a Wix order get recreated on WooCommerce?

Eligible Wix orders can create a routed copy in WooCommerce when you choose it as your fulfillment store and enable order syncing on Pro or higher. The original stays in its source store. Unsupported directions, order state and your settings can prevent a copy in WooCommerce.

What happens if a buyer cancels or I refund them on Wix or WooCommerce?

A refund alone does not restock an item. When the originating platform reports a stock increase, QuickSync propagates the updated quantity between Wix and WooCommerce.

Which plan do I need for Wix and WooCommerce?

For Wix and WooCommerce, Lite starts at $19/month for two stores and 1,000 syncing items and includes inventory syncing. Ongoing product updates and order syncing require Pro or higher; price modification requires Ultra or higher. Choose a plan for both your features and catalogue size. Extra stores are billed at the selected plan rate; see Pricing for current limits.
