What to know before you connect Lightspeed

Lightspeed marks it shipped, without the number

Lightspeed records a sale as fulfilled but does not store a carrier or tracking number against it, so we can mark it shipped and no further. The tracking number stays visible in QuickSync.

    You sign in to Lightspeed X-Series and approve QuickSync for the outlet you want connected.

    Select your source store and locations, then choose all products or a selected list. Existing products match by SKU.

What does QuickSync get access to on Lightspeed?

Your products and stock, and your orders, and never card details. You can remove the access from Lightspeed at any time, and we stop.

Will connecting Lightspeed change my listings?

Connecting Lightspeed imports its catalogue. A confirmed Sync Products export can create missing products, and ongoing product syncing follows your master store on Pro or higher. Review the export scope and use Create as drafts where supported if you want to review copies before publication.

Can orders from my other shops be sent into Lightspeed?

Yes. Lightspeed can be the shop that fills orders from everywhere else. Each order arrives with its customer, address and items, matched by SKU.

Does the tracking number go back to Lightspeed?

Partly. Lightspeed marks the order shipped but keeps no tracking number, so the number stays in QuickSync.

Which plan do I need for a Lightspeed integration?

Lite covers Lightspeed: $19 a month for two shops and 1,000 items, with stock kept in step. Pro at $29 adds listings and orders, and 2,500 items.
