Lightspeed integration that syncs stock, listings and orders
Connect Lightspeed and everywhere else you sell reads from the same number. Sell on Lightspeed and the others drop to match. Sell somewhere else and Lightspeed drops to match. You keep one count instead of five.
No credit card · connected in about two minutes · nothing on Lightspeed changes until you say so
- Both ways
- We can create and update
- Orders in and out, marked shipped without the number
- The moment it happens

What a Lightspeed integration actually moves
One row per job. Where Lightspeed does not allow something, the row says so plainly, with no tick that carries fine print.
| The job | Does it? | What that means |
|---|---|---|
| Stock we send out | Yes | We set the exact number on Lightspeed instead of nudging it up and down, which is what keeps two tools from overwriting each other. |
| Stock we read in | Yes | We can ask Lightspeed for a product’s current number whenever something looks wrong, as well as taking the changes it reports. |
| Listings | Create and update | We can put a product on Lightspeed with its photos, options, description and category, then keep that listing in step with your other shops afterwards. |
| Prices | Sent | Selling price and the was-price both go across. You pick the direction, and a rule can add a margin so Lightspeed is not stuck at another shop’s price. |
| Orders coming in | Yes | Lightspeed orders land in one list with the customer, the address, the shipping and the right product attached. An order still awaiting payment waits until it is paid. |
| Orders going out | Yes | Lightspeed can be the shop that fills orders taken somewhere else. Six of the eleven integrations can take an order in like this, and Lightspeed is one of them. |
| Tracking going back | Marked shipped only | Lightspeed records the sale as fulfilled but keeps no carrier or tracking number against it, so we mark it shipped and no further. The number stays visible in QuickSync. |
| How fast we update it | Under a second | We write new numbers to Lightspeed immediately. The outbound half is fast on all eleven integrations. |
| How fast it tells us | The moment it happens | Lightspeed pushes us a message as it happens instead of making us check on a timer. Three of the eleven only allow the timer, which is why they run a little behind. |
How the Lightspeed connection is made
About two minutes, no developer, and nothing to copy or paste anywhere.
What you click
You sign in to Lightspeed X-Series and approve QuickSync for the outlet you want connected.
What we ask for
Your products and stock, and your orders. Payment card details are never part of it. We ask for what the jobs in the table above need and nothing beyond that.
How you disconnect
From QuickSync’s settings, or from Lightspeed’s own screen for the apps it is connected to. Either side is enough on its own. Your Lightspeed products, stock and orders stay exactly where they are.
What your Lightspeed products look like once connected
Products, Orders and Settings is the whole of it. There is no dashboard to learn.
Every product keeps one number of its own, and each shop it is connected to shows what that shop currently says. When the two disagree you can see it on the same row, along with when it was last put right.
Orders from Lightspeed arrive in the same list as orders from everywhere else, already matched to the right product.
- One count per product, with each shop’s number beside it
- Anything we cannot match goes to a short review list, and we never guess
- Safety stock per shop, so the last one or two are never exposed everywhere at once

Lightspeed limits: know them before you connect
Every sync tool has constraints. These are the ones that apply here.
Lightspeed tells us as it happens
Lightspeed pushes us a message the moment a count moves or an order lands, so there is no polling delay on this one.
Lightspeed marks it shipped, without the number
Lightspeed records a sale as fulfilled but does not store a carrier or tracking number against it, so we can mark it shipped and no further. The tracking number stays visible in QuickSync.
Nothing publishes itself
Copying a listing onto Lightspeed always waits for you to look at it. Stock is the only thing that moves on its own, and only once you have turned that direction on.
Connecting Lightspeed takes about ten minutes end to end
Most of it is you reviewing the product matching, not waiting on us. A Lightspeed integration only starts changing things when you tell it to.
Connect Lightspeed
You sign in to Lightspeed X-Series and approve QuickSync for the outlet you want connected.
Connect the other shop
The same again for wherever else you sell. Lightspeed on its own has nothing to stay in step with, so you need at least two connected before anything happens.
Let it match your products
We line the catalogues up by SKU first, then by title, and hand you a short list of whatever we could not match. You decide what happens to those.
Watch, then switch it on
Leave it watching for a few days and check the numbers agree. When you are happy, let it start making changes, one shop and one direction at a time if you prefer.
Connect Lightspeed with
Each combination has its own guide, because no two channels allow exactly the same things.
Or read about another shop on its own
Every integration has a page covering what it can and cannot do.
Lightspeed is inside the smallest plan
Order volume never changes your bill. Your catalogue size picks the plan, and your plan price covers two connected shops with every shop after that adding it again.
Lite
$19/mo for two shops1,000 items and up to eight connected integrations, with stock kept in step. Lightspeed counts as one of the eight, so there is room for seven more.
Pro
$29/mo for two shops2,500 items and up to eight connected integrations, and the point at which listings and orders start syncing as well as stock. Most sellers running a second shop end up here.
Ultra at $69 and Ultra+ at $99 add larger catalogues, price rules and setup help. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no card.
Questions Lightspeed sellers ask
How quickly does QuickSync know about a Lightspeed sale?
Straight away. Lightspeed tells us the moment an order is placed or a count changes, so we are never sitting on a timer waiting to check. In normal conditions the other shops you sell in are corrected inside a second or two. If Lightspeed has an outage, we hold the change and retry until it goes through.
What does QuickSync get access to on Lightspeed?
Your products and stock, and your orders, and nothing beyond what the jobs in the table above need. Payment card details are never part of what we receive. You can withdraw the access from the Lightspeed side whenever you like, and we stop.
Will connecting Lightspeed change my listings?
No. Nothing on Lightspeed is edited, published or unpublished until you turn a direction on, and copying a listing onto Lightspeed always waits for you to look at it first. Most sellers leave it watching for a few days and check the numbers agree before letting it make any changes.
Can orders from my other shops be sent into Lightspeed?
Yes. Lightspeed is one of six integrations that can take orders in as well as hand them out, so you can run it as the shop that fills everything. The order arrives with its customer, address and line items, matched to the right Lightspeed product where the SKU lines up.
Does the tracking number go back to Lightspeed?
Only as far as marking it shipped. Lightspeed records the sale as fulfilled but keeps no carrier or tracking number against it, so we mark it and the number itself stays visible in QuickSync. We would rather say that than let you find it out from a customer.
Which plan do I need for a Lightspeed integration?
Lite covers Lightspeed, at $19 a month for two shops with every shop after that adding another $19, and 1,000 items with stock kept in step. Pro at $29 adds listings and orders and 2,500 items. Eight shops is the limit on every plan. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no card.
Connect Lightspeed and watch one shop correct the other
