Connect Lightspeed (X-Series) to QuickSync so stock and orders stay aligned with your other shops. Lightspeed is one of the eleven public integrations. Plans allow up to eight connected integrations per account.
What Lightspeed syncs #
- Stock both ways. Lightspeed tells QuickSync when counts move, and QuickSync writes corrected counts back.
- Orders come in from Lightspeed into QuickSync.
- Orders can go out into Lightspeed. Lightspeed is one of six channels that can fill a sale taken somewhere else.
- Partial tracking pushback: QuickSync can mark the Lightspeed sale fulfilled / shipped, but Lightspeed does not store carrier or tracking against that fulfilment. The tracking number stays visible in QuickSync.
- Timing: Lightspeed pushes product, inventory, and order events — no polling gap.
How to connect #
- Log in to your QuickSync dashboard and open Connect Store (or Store → Add a store).
- Select Lightspeed.
- Complete Lightspeed authorisation for your X-Series account and approve the requested permissions.
- Wait for the initial import to finish. Progress shows in the dashboard.
- Confirm your master store and enable the sync toggles you need for this connection.
Limits to know before you rely on it #
If buyers need a carrier and tracking number on the Lightspeed sale record itself, plan to add that in Lightspeed — QuickSync marks shipped and stops there.
