A TikTok Shop warehouse is an address on your TikTok account: where couriers collect your orders, or where returns go back to. TikTok needs at least one before it lets you create products. In QuickSync, each warehouse you ship from becomes a location with its own stock count.
With one warehouse, and one location in your other store, there’s nothing to set up. The two pair on their own. Below: which warehouses we sync, how to pair several, and what to do when we can’t find one.
Which warehouses we sync
We read your warehouses when you connect TikTok. We sync stock with the active ones you run yourself. The others stay on record, but we never write stock to them:
- Return warehouses, which only take returns.
- Warehouses someone else runs for you, such as Fulfilled by TikTok ones. See Fulfillment by seller vs by TikTok.
- Warehouses TikTok marks disabled or restricted.
None of these count toward the locations on your TikTok store card. None appear under Connect locations either. If a warehouse disappears from TikTok, we drop it the next time we read your list.
One count per warehouse
We keep a separate count for each warehouse. From TikTok, we take the available count, which already leaves out units waiting in unshipped orders. To TikTok, we send an exact number per SKU and warehouse, from 0 to 999,999. We never send less than 0.
Pair them with your other stores
If your TikTok store and your other store have one location each, they pair on their own. With more on either side, connect them under Settings, General, then Manage on the Connect locations row. Locations has the steps.
Once you’ve connected locations, only connected warehouses exchange stock. A sale at a warehouse you haven’t connected doesn’t change your other stores.
More than one warehouse
TikTok lets a shop ship from one warehouse, or from several with multi-warehouse mode on. Without that mode, TikTok refuses stock or listings spread over several warehouses. We then email you “Multiple warehouse detected”. We also pause sending products to TikTok for 2 days after each warning.
Turn on multi-warehouse mode in TikTok’s Warehouse settings. TikTok doesn’t open it to every shop. If you can’t, ask your TikTok account manager, as our email says.
No warehouse detected
If TikTok has no warehouse for your shop, we email you “No warehouse detected”, at most every 3 days. TikTok won’t take new products until you add one.
In TikTok Seller Center, go to Logistics, then Warehouse & shipping, then Warehouse settings. Add your pickup and return addresses. TikTok’s warehouse guide covers the form.
Then, in QuickSync, open Settings and click Manage on the Connect locations row. While we have no warehouse for your shop, opening it fetches your warehouses again. The new one appears.

Why doesn’t QuickSync show all my TikTok warehouses?
We list the active warehouses you run yourself, because those are the ones we can send stock to. Return warehouses, warehouses someone else runs for you, such as Fulfilled by TikTok ones, and warehouses TikTok marks disabled or restricted stay off the list. We never send stock to them. A warehouse you’ve added since connecting may not show until we read your list again.
I added a warehouse on TikTok. Why isn’t it in QuickSync?
We fetch your warehouse list when you connect TikTok. After that, we check it again when something shows it changed, such as a TikTok product holding stock at a warehouse we don’t know. If you had no warehouse before, opening Connect locations reads the list. If the new one still doesn’t appear there, contact support with your TikTok shop name.
Why does QuickSync show a warehouse I don’t use?
We list every active warehouse your shop owns on TikTok, used or not. Once you’ve connected locations, a warehouse you leave out of every connection doesn’t exchange stock with your other stores, so you can leave it be. To check, open Settings, General, then Manage on Connect locations, and make sure it isn’t in a connection.
