QuickSync vs Linnworks
Linnworks runs orders, warehouses, purchasing, couriers and listings, and quotes privately on order volume. QuickSync keeps one stock count level across up to eight shops and prints its prices. Settle the scope question before the price question, because the two products are not the same size.

QuickSync and Linnworks on the axes that change the bill
Figures for Linnworks are from their public materials. Not a live quote.
Checked as of 10 August 2026. Sources and any caveats sit in the table caption below.

|---|---|---|
| What sets the bill | Catalogue size × connected shops | Monthly order volume, with overages above the tier |

| Busy month | Order volume never changes the bill | Pass the tier and overages apply, per their pricing FAQ |

They quote, so there is no list price to put here
Read on 10 August 2026, linnworks.com/pricing carries no figures at all: it asks you to speak to a specialist. Their own pricing FAQ gives four things to pin down in writing before you sign, and a quote that answers only the first is not comparable to anything. What is the order tier, what is the overage rate once you pass it, which add-on modules are inside the number, and what is the one-off onboarding fee. QuickSync prints $19, $29, $69 and $99 on /pricing/ and you can read them without talking to us.
Where Linnworks is the better tool
Most of what Linnworks sells, QuickSync does not do at all: stock across more than one warehouse and the transfers between them, purchase orders and supplier replenishment, forecasting, bins and racks, picking and packing, quality control, lot tracking, serialisation, a 3PL client portal, courier integrations with label printing, and bulk listing creation. It lists 100+ channel integrations against our eleven. If any of that is the job, Linnworks is the right platform and this page is not an argument against it.
The overlap is one job
Both keep one stock figure level across the places you sell, and that is the whole of the overlap. If it is also the whole of your problem, the rest of a Linnworks licence is capacity you would pay for and not use. If it is not, QuickSync is the wrong tool rather than the cheap one: eight shops is our ceiling on every plan, there is no warehouse module behind it, and an operation running purchasing and couriers has outgrown us.

Questions sellers ask when they compare
Is QuickSync a Linnworks alternative?
For sellers whose problem is one stock count across the shops they sell in, and a bill they can read off a public page, yes. For sellers running purchasing, warehouses, couriers and listing creation in Linnworks, no, and swapping one for the other would lose those jobs outright. The table above is the short version of which of the two you are.
What does Linnworks cost?
They do not say publicly. linnworks.com/pricing asks you to request a quote, and we found no figures on it when we read it on 10 August 2026. Their pricing FAQ describes tiers based on monthly orders with overages above the tier, add-on modules charged monthly, and a one-off onboarding fee. Any Linnworks price you have seen quoted elsewhere did not come from Linnworks.
Which one costs less?
For QuickSync the answer is public. Three shops and 2,000 item variations is Pro: $29 covers the first two shops and the third adds $29, so $58 a month, and it stays $58 whether the month brings 50 orders or 50,000. For Linnworks nobody outside can answer it, because there is no published figure to set against ours. Get the quote, then put it next to a number you could already read.
Does QuickSync handle multiple warehouses or purchase orders?
No, and neither is something this page can promise later. QuickSync keeps stock level across connected shops and copies products and orders between them. Warehouse locations and transfers, purchase orders, replenishment, forecasting and picking are Linnworks territory, and this is the difference most likely to decide it.
How quickly does QuickSync react to a sale?
The write goes out as soon as we know about it. Shopify, WooCommerce, Square, Clover, Lightspeed, Amazon and TikTok Shop tell us. We check eBay every two minutes, Etsy stock every two minutes and Etsy orders every five, and Squarespace stock every two minutes. Safety stock covers those windows.
