QuickSync vs SKU IQ

SKU IQ sells tiers by orders a month, with a published rate per order once you pass one. QuickSync prices catalogue size and connected shops, so a busy month costs what a quiet one costs. Two ladders, and only one of them moves when you sell more.

QuickSync and SKU IQ on the axes that change the bill

Figures for SKU IQ are from their public materials. Not a live quote.

Checked as of 10 August 2026. Sources and any caveats sit in the table caption below.

SKU IQ tiers, order limits and overage rates from skuiq.com/pricing, read 10 August 2026. That page carries two separate ladders, one for point of sale to ecommerce and one for the TikTok Shop to Shopify connector, and the figures below keep them apart. Its footer still reads 2013–2025, so confirm your own tier with SKU IQ before you budget. QuickSync figures match /pricing/.

Who each tool is for. Pick SKU IQ when the catalogue is large and the order count is small, when you sell through BigCommerce, Wix or Vend, or when you want its point-of-sale reporting and a guided onboarding call. Pick QuickSync when Etsy, eBay, Amazon or TikTok Shop are in the mix, or when orders climb and you need the bill to stay where it was.
What differs

What to weigh before you switch

Price shape, sync window, and shop cap. Not a feature checklist.

The overage is the part to model

SKU IQ publishes a rate per order above the tier: $0.06 an order past 5,000 on the point-of-sale ladder, and $0.50, $0.45, $0.18 and $0.11 an order on the TikTok Shop connector’s Free, Basic, Plus and Growth plans. A month that runs a fifth over the tier has a bill you cannot read off the plan card. QuickSync counts no orders, so there is no equivalent line.

Where SKU IQ is the better buy

SKUs are unlimited on every SKU IQ plan. List 30,000 variations against 80 orders a month and Basic at $45 covers it, while QuickSync publishes no tier above 20,000 items. SKU IQ also connects BigCommerce, Wix and Vend. Those three are not QuickSync integrations and we have no plans we can point you at for them.

Two ladders, read the right one

Point of sale to ecommerce and the TikTok Shop to Shopify connector are priced separately. Basic, Plus and Growth carry the same $45, $89 and $159 headline on both, then diverge: different overage rates, and a free 10-order plan on the connector only. Quoting one ladder for the other is the easy mistake to make here.

FAQ

Questions sellers ask when they compare

Is QuickSync cheaper than SKU IQ?

It depends which way your shop is shaped. Three shops, 1,800 variations and 700 orders a month: SKU IQ needs Growth at $159 because 700 orders is past the $89 tier, and QuickSync is Pro at $29 for two shops plus $29 for the third, so $58. Turn it around to 30,000 variations and 80 orders and SKU IQ wins, because its SKU count is unlimited and our top published tier is 20,000 items.

Does SKU IQ sync Etsy or eBay?

Not on the plans published at skuiq.com/pricing. Its ecommerce list is Shopify, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Wix and Squarespace, and its point-of-sale list is Clover, Square, Lightspeed and Vend. TikTok Shop is sold as a separate Shopify connector. Etsy, eBay and Amazon are QuickSync integrations.

What does SKU IQ do that QuickSync will not?

Unlimited SKUs on every plan, BigCommerce, Wix and Vend connections, and the point-of-sale sales reporting its dashboard is built around. QuickSync syncs stock, products and orders across connected shops. It is not a reporting suite and it is not a purchasing system.

How quickly does QuickSync react to a sale?

The write goes out as soon as we know about it. Shopify, WooCommerce, Square, Clover, Lightspeed, Amazon and TikTok Shop tell us. We check eBay every two minutes, Etsy stock every two minutes and Etsy orders every five, and Squarespace stock every two minutes. Safety stock covers those windows.
