You change your plan on QuickSync’s Billing page. Cancelling depends on who bills you. If you pay by card, you cancel on that same page. If Shopify, Wix or Clover bills you, you cancel on their side.
Read this before you uninstall anything. If you signed up through Shopify, Wix, Clover or WooCommerce, uninstalling QuickSync from that store deletes your whole QuickSync account, plan and all. On WooCommerce, deactivating the QuickSync Connector plugin counts. There’s no undo. Below: where billing lives, how to cancel for each way of paying, what stops when a plan ends, plan and store changes, and failed payments.
Find your plan
Open Settings. On the General tab, find Your plan and click Manage. That opens Plans & billing, which we call the Billing page here. Or click your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then Billing. In the QuickSync app inside your Shopify admin, it’s the Billing tab in Settings.
The card at the top names your plan and who bills you. That’s set by where you signed up:
| Where you signed up | Who charges you | Where you cancel |
|---|---|---|
| Our website | We do, by card through Stripe | The Billing page |
| Shopify, or Continue with Shopify | Shopify, on your Shopify invoice | Your Shopify admin |
| Wix | Wix | Premium Subscriptions in your Wix account |
| Clover | Clover | The Clover App Market |
Connecting a store later doesn’t move your billing. If you signed up on our website, we bill you by card, even after you add Shopify. The card says Managed securely through Stripe for card billing and Charged through your Shopify invoice for Shopify.
Cancel your plan
Paying by card
- On the Billing page, click Manage subscription.
- Click Cancel subscription, then Continue to cancel.
- Stripe’s billing page opens. Confirm the cancellation there. Stripe won’t cancel anything until you do.
We keep your plan active until the date Stripe confirms, and it won’t renew after that.
Paying through Shopify
Uninstalling QuickSync from your Shopify admin stops the charge. It also deletes your QuickSync account: every store connection, our copy of your products and orders, and your login. The products and orders in your stores stay where they are.
So check the Billing page first. Some Shopify accounts see Switch to Free where others see Cancel subscription. Free costs nothing. It keeps your stores connected and syncs stock for up to 100 items, but product and order syncing turn off.
Without that option, Cancel subscription points you to your Shopify admin. On app.quicksync.pro, its Open Shopify apps button goes straight to the apps page. Uninstall QuickSync there.
Paying through Wix
Cancel the QuickSync subscription in Premium Subscriptions in your Wix account. There’s no cancel button in QuickSync for Wix billing. Your plan runs to the end of the period you’ve paid for, then we turn syncing off. Don’t remove the app from your Wix site unless you’re leaving. That deletes your QuickSync account.
Paying through Clover
Uninstalling QuickSync from the Clover App Market stops the charge. It also deletes your QuickSync account, as on Shopify. For Clover in the US, Cancel subscription on the Billing page has an Open Clover app market button. Clover EU and Clover LA accounts don’t get a cancel option in QuickSync, so go to the App Market directly.
When your plan ends
On the end date, we turn off stock, product and order syncing, and we clear your main store and packing store. The Billing page then says Your subscription has ended.
Your QuickSync account and store connections stay, and we don’t delete or change anything in your stores. We leave listings, stock counts and orders as they were. They stop updating each other.
To start again, choose a plan on the Billing page. Then open Products, turn back on any syncing that’s off, and check your main store and packing store.
Upgrade or downgrade
- On the Billing page, under Compare plans, pick Monthly or Yearly · save 10%, and the number of stores.
- Click Choose plan on the plan you’d like.
- Check the estimated price and any warning about what you’d lose. Click Continue, or Switch plan for a smaller plan.
With card billing, we change your plan straight away. Stripe prorates it: you pay, or get credit for, the difference over the days left in your billing period. An upgrade lifts your item limit at once. Products stuck at Product limit reached can then sync.
A downgrade applies at once too, and we switch off what the new plan doesn’t include:
- Below Pro: product syncing and order syncing turn off, and we clear your main store and packing store.
- Below Ultra: price rules and currency conversion turn off.
- Over the limit: items above the new plan’s limit can stop syncing and show Product limit reached.
On Shopify, choosing a plan opens Shopify to approve the new charge. We switch you over once you approve it. Leave before approving, and the Billing page shows Finish approving. On Wix, upgrades go through Wix checkout, and Wix doesn’t allow downgrades. On Clover, we’ll send you to the Clover App Market to choose a plan.
Add a store
Your plan’s price covers 2 stores. We add the plan price again for each extra store, up to 8 stores, or 2 if the Clover or Wix App Market bills you. So 3 stores on Pro cost $58 a month instead of $29. Yearly billing takes 10% off the total.
- On the Billing page, under Compare plans, set the number of stores in the dropdown, such as 3 stores.
- On your current plan, click Update plan and confirm the new price.
- Open Settings, Stores and click Add a store to connect it.
In the QuickSync app inside Shopify, the dropdown’s label is Integrations: 2 integrations cover 3 stores.
If you connect a store before that, you’ll see Integration limit reached with a View plans button. Wix and Clover plans work differently. They cover 2 stores, and you can’t add more from QuickSync. Ask our support team if you need a third.
If a payment fails
When a card renewal fails, your plan shows Payment due and the Billing page says Payment needs attention. Click Update payment to add a working card on Stripe’s billing page.
We don’t set a grace period of our own. Until the payment goes through, we keep your current syncing running. What you can’t do is connect another store, turn on more syncing or change plans. The plan buttons read Payment due, and turning on a sync says Payment is overdue. Update your payment method to enable new features.
Once a payment succeeds, we set your plan back to Active. If it never succeeds and Stripe ends the subscription, syncing stops as it does after a cancellation.
We treat Shopify the same way. If Shopify freezes your shop over an unpaid Shopify bill, your plan shows Payment due. Syncing carries on, but a frozen shop won’t accept our updates until you pay Shopify.
Refunds
Cancelling stops future charges. To ask for money back on a charge you’ve already paid, follow our refund policy.
Common questions
Does uninstalling QuickSync cancel my subscription?
Only when Shopify or Clover bills you. Then uninstalling from the store that pays stops the charge and deletes your QuickSync account with it. Wix billing stops when you cancel in your Wix account. If you pay by card, because you signed up on our website, uninstalling from a connected Shopify store cancels nothing: we remove that store, and your plan keeps renewing. Cancel on the Billing page instead.
How do I cancel my QuickSync trial?
A trial you start on our website doesn’t take a card, so there’s nothing to cancel and no charge when it ends. Your account stays, and you can choose a plan on the Billing page whenever you’re ready. A trial that came with a Shopify, Wix or Clover install follows that platform’s billing instead. Free trial covers how each one works.
Where do I find my QuickSync invoices?
If you pay by card, open the Billing page, click Manage subscription, then Open billing portal. Stripe’s page lists your invoices and payment methods. If Shopify bills you, our charges are on your Shopify invoice. Wix and Clover bill you through your account with them, so look for QuickSync on their bills.
Can I pause my plan instead of cancelling?
No, there’s no pause for billing. You can switch stock or product syncing off from the cards on the Products page, but your plan keeps renewing while you do. To stop paying, cancel, then choose a plan again when you’re ready. Cancelling clears your main store and packing store, so you’ll pick those again when you come back.
