QuickSync costs $19 to $99 a month for two connected stores. The plan you need depends on two things: how many items you sync, and which syncs you want. Stock syncing works on every plan. Product and order syncing start at Pro, and price rules at Ultra.
An item is one variant, such as a tote in black. Each store after your second adds the plan price again, up to 8 stores, or 2 if the Clover or Wix App Market bills you. Below, we cover every plan, how we count items, what extra stores cost and what happens when you go over.
Every plan
| Plan | A month, 2 stores | Items | What it adds |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 100 | Stock syncing, with no extra stores |
| Lite | $19 | 1,000 | Stock syncing |
| Pro | $29 | 2,500 | Product syncing and order syncing |
| Ultra | $69 | 10,000 | Price rules, currency conversion, and syncing of videos, SEO fields and order notes |
| Ultra+ | $99 | 20,000 | Everything in Ultra, with twice the items |
| Custom | Quoted | Over 20,000 | Everything in Ultra+, sized to your catalogue |
Each plan includes the ones above it. Prices are in US dollars. We don’t charge per order, so a busy month costs the same as a quiet one.
Free is where a trial from Wix, Clover Latin America or some Shopify listings goes when it ends without a paid plan. A website trial that ends unpaid stops syncing instead. Custom isn’t in the plan list. Ask for it with the form on the pricing page, and we’ll quote from your item count.
Sign up on our website and you start on a 14-day trial with Pro features for up to 2,500 items. You don’t need a card.
What counts as an item
An item is a variant: the exact version a buyer picks at checkout. A tee in 4 sizes and 3 colours is 12 items. A mug that comes one way is 1.
We count only variants that are syncing. We count each one once, in one store: your main store, or your starting store if you don’t have a main store. List the same tote in five stores and it’s still 1 item.
We don’t count archived products, anything under Needs attention or anything off your sync list. A sync list, which works on every plan, is how you sync fewer items than your catalogue holds.

Plan usage, at the top of the Products page, shows your count against your plan’s items. Click it to open Billing. If it says Unlimited, we don’t cap your account.
Extra stores
Your plan price covers two connected stores. Each store after that adds the plan price again. You can connect up to 8 of the 13 apps we support, or 2 if the Clover or Wix App Market bills you. QuickBooks and Xero count as stores here.
| Connected stores | Lite | Pro | Ultra | Ultra+ |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| 2 | $19 | $29 | $69 | $99 |
| 3 | $38 | $58 | $138 | $198 |
| 4 | $57 | $87 | $207 | $297 |
| 8 | $133 | $203 | $483 | $693 |
Say you sell on Shopify and Etsy on Pro, at $29 a month, and you add eBay. That’s three stores, so your bill becomes $58.
Raise your store count before you connect the extra store. If you don’t, the connection stops at Integration limit reached.
- Open Settings and click Manage next to Your plan.
- Under Compare plans, set the stores menu to the number you need, such as 3 stores.
- Click Update plan on your current plan, check the Estimated price, and confirm.
In the QuickSync app inside your Shopify admin, you’ll find it under Settings, Billing, and we label that menu Integrations. It counts each store after the first. So 2 integrations cover 3 stores.
Disconnecting a store doesn’t lower the bill. Once the store’s gone, lower the stores menu too. It won’t go below the stores you still have connected.
If Clover or Wix bills you, your plan covers two stores: Clover or Wix, plus one more. We can’t add a third to that bill from QuickSync, so contact support if you need more.
Which plan you need
Pick the plan that covers both your syncs and your item count. Take the bigger one if they differ.
- Lite syncs stock between your stores, for up to 1,000 items.
- Pro adds product syncing from your main store, order syncing into one packing store.
- Ultra adds price rules and currency conversion, for a store that needs its own prices or currency. It also syncs videos, SEO fields and order notes.
- Ultra+ and Custom are for catalogues past 10,000 and 20,000 items.
So a shop with 1,500 items that only syncs stock still needs Pro. Lite stops at 1,000.
Yearly billing
Pay yearly and we take 10% off twelve months of the monthly price. Pro for two stores costs $348 a year on monthly billing. On yearly, it’s about $313. On the Billing page, switch between Monthly and Yearly · save 10% above the plan cards.
WooCommerce.com bills monthly only. Wix plans you start from QuickSync are monthly too.
Over your item limit
When your syncing variants reach your plan’s cap, new ones show Product limit reached under Needs attention. They can stop syncing. Variants already syncing carry on, and we don’t delete anything in your stores.
Move to a smaller plan and we recount against the new cap. Before you confirm, the plan change tells you how many items go over the new cap.
To fix it, upgrade to a plan with more items, or put fewer products on a sync list. When you upgrade, we’ll start syncing the capped variants again. You don’t need to do anything else.
App store prices
If Shopify bills you, you pay the prices above, in US dollars, on your Shopify bill. If Shopify bills you in your own currency, it converts them. You can pay monthly or yearly there. WooCommerce.com charges the same prices, monthly. Clover and Wix charge the price on their own app market listing. How you’re billed covers each one.
Common questions
How much does QuickSync cost?
Lite costs $19 a month, Pro $29, Ultra $69 and Ultra+ $99. Each price covers two connected stores, in US dollars. Each extra store adds the plan price again, up to 8 stores (2 on Clover or Wix billing), so Pro for three stores is $58. Free costs nothing for 100 items of stock syncing, and we quote Custom for catalogues over 20,000 items. Yearly billing takes 10% off.
What counts as an item in QuickSync?
One syncing variant: the exact version a buyer picks, such as a shirt in size M. A tee in 4 sizes and 3 colours is 12 items. We count each variant once, in your main store, however many stores list it. We don’t count archived products or anything off your sync list, so a sync list keeps your count down.
How much does a third store cost?
The plan price again. Pro for two stores is $29 a month, and for three it’s $58. Raise the store count on the Billing page before you connect the third store. If you don’t, the connection stops at Integration limit reached. Disconnecting a store later doesn’t lower the bill until you lower the store count too.
What happens if I go over my item limit?
New variants past your plan’s cap show Product limit reached and can stop syncing. Variants already syncing carry on, and we don’t delete anything in your stores. Upgrade to a plan with more items and we’ll start syncing the capped variants again, or use a sync list to choose which products count toward your plan.
Are QuickSync prices in US dollars?
Yes. Stripe and Shopify charge QuickSync plans in US dollars. If your card uses pounds, euros or another currency, your bank converts the charge, or Shopify does if it bills you in your own currency. Clover and Wix bill through their own app markets, at the price their listing shows. We don’t charge per order, so your order volume never changes what you pay.
