There’s no delete button in QuickSync. If you signed up on our website, cancel your plan, then ask support to delete your account. If you signed up by installing QuickSync from Shopify, Wix, Clover or WooCommerce, uninstalling it from that store deletes the account.
Either way, we don’t delete anything in your stores. Your products, listings, stock counts and orders stay. What goes is QuickSync’s side: the account, its logins and our copy of your data.
1. Cancel billing first
Deleting the account removes your login. The Billing page goes with it. So cancel while you can still see both:
- Paying by card: on the Billing page, click Manage subscription, Cancel subscription, then Continue to cancel, and confirm on Stripe’s page. Change or cancel your plan has the details.
- Paying through Shopify or Clover: the uninstall in step 2 is what stops the charge.
- Paying through Wix: cancel the QuickSync subscription in Premium Subscriptions in your Wix account before you remove the app.
2. Delete the account
You signed up on our website
Email support@itsquick.co from the address you sign in with, and ask us to delete your QuickSync account. You can’t do it yourself in the app. That’s true for Google sign-ups too.
You signed up through Shopify, Wix, Clover or WooCommerce
Uninstalling QuickSync from the store you signed up through deletes your whole QuickSync account. You can’t undo it. It takes every store connection, our copy of your products, stock and orders, your settings and your login.
- Shopify: uninstall QuickSync from the apps page in your Shopify admin.
- Wix: remove the QuickSync app from your Wix site.
- Clover: uninstall QuickSync from the Clover App Market.
- WooCommerce: deactivate the QuickSync Connector plugin in WordPress. No plugin? Ask support instead.
Not sure where you signed up? Open Settings, then Stores. Check each store’s menu. The store you signed up through doesn’t have a Disconnect option. If every store has one, you signed up on our website.
What we delete
- Your account and logins. It’s gone, and nobody can sign in to it again.
- Every store connection. We’ll disconnect each store and delete the access keys it gave us. On Shopify, that also uninstalls QuickSync from every connected Shopify store, not only the one you signed up through.
- Our copy of your data. The products, stock counts and orders we held, plus your settings: main store, packing store, location links and sync list.
What stays in your stores
We don’t delete anything in your stores. Products, listings, stock counts and orders stay as they are, including ones we’ve created for you. They stop syncing, though. A sale in one store won’t change the others any more.
Disconnecting stores isn’t deleting your account. If you disconnect every store, your login and plan stay. A card plan keeps renewing. And disconnecting a Shopify store also uninstalls QuickSync from it.
How long we keep data
Some records outlast the account: backups, activity history and support conversations. To see how long we keep information after we delete an account, read our privacy policy.
Common questions
How do I delete my QuickSync account?
Cancel your plan first. If you signed up on our website, email support@itsquick.co from the address you sign in with and ask us to delete the account. If you signed up by installing QuickSync from Shopify, Wix, Clover or WooCommerce, uninstalling it from that store deletes the account. Either way, your stores keep their products, listings and orders.
Does deleting QuickSync delete my products?
No. We delete our copy of your products, stock and orders, but nothing in your stores. Your Shopify products, Etsy listings and orders stay as they are, including any that QuickSync created. They stop syncing, though, so a sale in one store won’t update the others. It’s worth checking your stock counts before you go.
Will deleting my account cancel my subscription?
It’s safest to cancel first. If Shopify or Clover bills you, uninstalling stops the charge and deletes the account in one go. On Wix, cancel in Premium Subscriptions in your Wix account before you remove the app. If you pay by card, cancel on the Billing page and confirm on Stripe’s page, then ask support to delete the account.
Can I get my QuickSync account back after deleting it?
No. You can’t restore a deleted account, its logins or our copy of your data. You can sign up again, but you’ll connect your stores and run setup from the start. To stop paying but keep your account, read Change or cancel your plan first. If you pay by card or through Wix, cancelling doesn’t delete anything.
Does disconnecting my stores delete my account?
No. Disconnecting removes a store from QuickSync, but your account, login and plan don’t go anywhere, and a card plan keeps renewing until you cancel it. To delete the account itself, cancel your plan, then ask support, or uninstall from the store you signed up through. Disconnecting a Shopify store also uninstalls QuickSync from that store.
