How to Sync Product Videos to TikTok Shop with QuickSync

QuickSync can send product videos to TikTok Shop listings on the Ultra plan or higher. This guide covers videos attached to products in your catalogue. It does not upload social posts, edit creator clips, or manage your TikTok feed.

Before you connect, check that QuickSync can read the video from your source product. A video visible on a storefront is not necessarily available through that store’s product API. Product and media support depend on the source platform.

Before you start

  • Use an eligible Ultra plan or higher for video syncing. Lite and Pro skip product videos.
  • Connect TikTok Shop and your source store, then confirm the product has a video available in QuickSync.
  • Prepare matching product SKUs and review the source store, selected products and destination settings before starting product syncing.
  • Complete the TikTok product category, package and other required listing settings. TikTok must accept the listing and media.

For a Shopify source, follow the Shopify and TikTok Shop setup guide. If you sell on another channel, check the TikTok Shop integration before choosing a connection.

How to send a product video to TikTok Shop

  1. Create your QuickSync account and securely authorize your stores.
  2. Confirm your plan includes video syncing and that the source product contains a video QuickSync can read.
  3. Review your product-sync settings, source catalogue and TikTok requirements, then start the sync for the intended products.
  4. Open the destination product in TikTok Shop and verify the listing and attached video. A connected store alone does not confirm that a product or its media has been accepted.

What happens when you change a video

QuickSync’s TikTok connector sends one video per product. When a product already has a video binding, a later export reuses that binding. Changing a clip in another store does not guarantee that TikTok’s existing product video will be replaced.

Do not rely on an instant replacement of a video’s title, description, thumbnail or file. Review the destination listing after a change. If an existing clip needs replacing, contact support with the product details so the supported next step can be checked before you change the listing.

If the video is missing

  • Check that your plan includes video syncing.
  • Check that the source video is present in QuickSync, rather than only on the storefront.
  • Confirm that the product can sync to TikTok Shop and meets TikTok’s current listing and media requirements.
  • Review any product-sync errors and check whether an existing video binding is being reused.

Reconnecting a store does not establish that a video replacement is supported. Ask support to check the product and destination response before repeating setup.

Choose the connection before starting

QuickSync keeps supported product data and inventory aligned across connected shops. Use the TikTok Shop integration guide to choose your other channel, and compare plans before enabling product-video syncing.
