Sign in at app.quicksync.pro with the email and password you signed up with, or click Continue with Google if you signed up with Google. If you made your account by installing QuickSync from Shopify, Wix or Clover, it doesn’t have a QuickSync password. Open QuickSync from that platform, and you’re in.
How you signed up decides how you’ll get back in, so start there. Below: the sign-in page, Google accounts, resetting a password, app store accounts and changing your email.
Go to app.quicksync.pro. If you’re signed out, you land on our sign-in page. Enter your email and password, then click Sign in.
- It says That email or password is wrong. Check you’re using the address you signed up with, or reset your password below.
- It says Too many failed login attempts. After several wrong passwords, we pause sign-in for 5 minutes. Wait, or reset your password.
If your session ends while you work, we show Sign in to continue. Click Sign in, which opens a new tab. Sign in there, come back and click I’ve signed in. Your page stays open, so you don’t lose your place.
To sign out, click your name at the bottom of the sidebar, then Sign out.
Google accounts
If you signed up through Google, click Continue with Google and pick the same Google account. Your QuickSync account doesn’t have a password of its own. We leave that part to Google.
Google sign-in only works for accounts made with Google. If you signed up with an email and a password, you’ll use those, even for a Gmail address. In that case Continue with Google takes you back to the sign-in page.
Reset your password
- On the sign-in page, click Forgot password?
- Enter your account email and click Send reset link.
- Open our email from support@itsquick.co, titled Password Reset, and click Reset password. Check your spam folder if it isn’t there.
- Type a new password twice and click Reset password.
- When the page says Password changed, click Sign in.
Your new password needs at least 8 characters. It can’t be all numbers, a common password, or too close to your email.
The link works once, and it’s good for 24 hours. An old one opens This link has expired: click Request a new link. If the reset page says Email seems to be incorrect, that address isn’t a QuickSync sign-in. Try the one you signed up with.
If you made your account with Google, you’ll get a different email, titled Sign in with Google, with a Go to login button instead of a reset link. And there’s no password setting inside the app: to change a password you know, sign out and use Forgot password? the same way.
Accounts from an app store
Installing QuickSync from Shopify, Wix or Clover creates an account without a QuickSync password. Our email form can’t sign you in, and neither can a reset. You’ll sign in through the platform:
- Shopify: open QuickSync from your Shopify admin. Or, on the sign-in page, under Prefer to sign in through your store?, click Shopify. Type your store name, the part before
.myshopify.com, and click Continue with Shopify. - Wix: open QuickSync from your Wix dashboard. Only the site’s owner can.
- Clover: open QuickSync from your Clover account.
Continue with Shopify works for any QuickSync account with that Shopify store connected, including one made on our website. We sign you in to the account that owns the store. If no account has it yet, it’ll create a new account billed through Shopify instead, so check the store name first.
Signed in to the wrong account? Sign out, then open QuickSync from the platform again.
Change your email
You can’t change the email you sign in with yourself. There’s no setting for it in our app, so contact support if you need a different one.
For accounts made on our website, support can change your contact email, which is where our notices go. Your sign-in email doesn’t change.
To copy notices to another address, open Settings. On the General tab, find Email and click Manage, then add the address under Add recipient. You’re allowed up to 4 addresses, including your main one.
Common questions
Why can’t I log in to QuickSync?
Check how you signed up. An account made by installing QuickSync from Shopify, Wix or Clover has no password, so open QuickSync from that platform. If it’s a Google account, sign in with Continue with Google. Otherwise, use Forgot password? on the sign-in page to set a new password. After several wrong passwords in a row, we pause sign-in for 5 minutes.
How do I reset my QuickSync password?
Click Forgot password? on the sign-in page at app.quicksync.pro, enter your account email and click Send reset link. We email a link from support@itsquick.co with the subject Password Reset. It works once, and it’s good for 24 hours. Choose a new password of at least 8 characters, then sign in with it.
I signed up with Google. How do I change my password?
Your QuickSync account doesn’t have its own password, because Google signs you in. Change it in your Google account, and you’ll keep using Continue with Google as before. If you ask us for a reset anyway, we send an email titled Sign in with Google with a Go to login button, not a reset link.
Can I change the email on my QuickSync account?
Not the email you sign in with: there’s no setting for it. If you signed up on our website, support can change your contact email, which is where our notices go, and your sign-in email stays the same. To copy notices to another address, add it under Settings, Email, Manage. You’re allowed up to 4 addresses.
Can I log in to QuickSync with my Shopify account?
Yes, as long as that Shopify store’s connected to your QuickSync account. Open QuickSync from your Shopify admin, or click Shopify under Prefer to sign in through your store? on the sign-in page and enter your store name. If no QuickSync account has that store yet, this creates a new account billed through Shopify instead of signing you in.
