What to know before you connect Wix

Orders come out, not in

QuickSync does not create orders on Wix, so orders from your other shops are filled from one that can. Your Wix orders still arrive in QuickSync.

Supported shipping updates

Supported shipment updates return to the original order when the connected fulfillment store supplies them. Wix return tracking is limited to supported carriers and eligible whole-order fulfillment updates. Unsupported carriers need manual handling in Wix.

What does QuickSync get access to on Wix?

Your products and stock, and your orders, and never card details. You can remove the access from Wix at any time, and we stop.

Will connecting Wix change my listings?

Connecting Wix imports its catalogue. A confirmed Sync Products export can create missing products, and ongoing product syncing follows your master store on Pro or higher. Review the export scope and use Create as drafts where supported if you want to review copies before publication.

Can orders from my other shops be sent into Wix?

No. QuickSync does not create orders on Wix, so you fill those from one of your other shops.

Does the tracking number go back to Wix?
