What to know before you connect Square

No tracking number back to Square

Square has no way for us to send a tracking number back, so the shipping detail stays in QuickSync and in whichever shop the order came from.

    You sign in to Square and approve QuickSync.

    Select your source store and locations, then choose all products or a selected list. Existing products match by SKU.

  4. Start syncing

    Review your source quantities before clicking Start Syncing. This aligns matched inventory and starts stock syncing automatically.

What does QuickSync get access to on Square?

Your products and stock, and your orders, and never card details. You can remove the access from Square at any time, and we stop.

Will connecting Square change my listings?

Connecting Square imports its catalogue. A confirmed Sync Products export can create missing products, and ongoing product syncing follows your master store on Pro or higher. Review the export scope and use Create as drafts where supported if you want to review copies before publication.

Can orders from my other shops be sent into Square?

Yes. Square can be the shop that fills orders from everywhere else. Each order arrives with its customer, address and items, matched by SKU.

Does the tracking number go back to Square?

No. Square has no field for us to write one into, so it stays in QuickSync and in the shop the order came from.

Which plan do I need for a Square integration?

Lite covers Square: $19 a month for two shops and 1,000 items, with stock kept in step. Pro at $29 adds listings and orders, and 2,500 items.
