What to know before you connect TikTok Shop

Orders come out, not in

TikTok Shop does not let any app create orders on it, so orders from your other shops are filled from one that can. Your TikTok Shop orders still arrive in QuickSync.

Does the tracking number go back to TikTok Shop?

Yes. Add it to the order in QuickSync and it goes back to TikTok Shop, which sends the buyer its usual update.
