What to know before you connect eBay

Orders come out, not in

eBay does not let any app create orders on it, so orders from your other shops are filled from one that can. Your eBay orders still arrive in QuickSync.

    You sign in to eBay and grant QuickSync access to the selling account.

    Select your source store and locations, then choose all products or a selected list. Existing products match by SKU.

What does QuickSync get access to on eBay?

Your products and stock, and your orders, and never card details. You can remove the access from eBay at any time, and we stop.

Will connecting eBay change my listings?

Not until you turn a sync on, and a listing we copy onto eBay always waits for you to review it first.

Can orders from my other shops be sent into eBay?

No. eBay does not let any app create orders on it, so you fill those from one of your other shops.

Does the tracking number go back to eBay?

Yes. Add it to the order in QuickSync and it goes back to eBay, which sends the buyer its usual update.

Which plan do I need for an eBay integration?
