WooCommerce & Squarespace

WooCommerce Squarespace integration that keeps one stock count

For sellers running both WooCommerce and Squarespace as storefronts. One stock count, copied to both shops. Both shops tell us the moment something sells, so the other is corrected in under a second. Stock you edit yourself inside Squarespace is the slower path: we pick that up every couple of minutes.

Who this is for. You run two online shops, WooCommerce and Squarespace, and want one count rather than two spreadsheets. Sales on Squarespace reach us straight away; stock you edit inside Squarespace itself can take a couple of minutes.
What syncs

What a WooCommerce Squarespace integration actually moves

One row per job, based on how QuickSync connects to WooCommerce and Squarespace today. Where a side does not allow something, the cell says so.

Checked against how QuickSync connects to each shop, not against either shop’s marketing.

What changes

Running WooCommerce and Squarespace as two separate shops

Two online shops with two counts is how you oversell: a sale on WooCommerce can still show as available on Squarespace until somebody notices.

Correcting WooCommerce takes under a second once we have the sale. The order is in your packing list with the Squarespace order number on it, and a tracking number added later goes back to Squarespace on its own.

The other direction is the same: a sale on WooCommerce reaches Squarespace just as quickly, because WooCommerce pushes it to us the moment it happens too.

Getting started

Connecting WooCommerce and Squarespace takes about ten minutes

Most of that is us matching your catalogues. The two connections themselves are a login each.

Connect WooCommerce

You install the QuickSync plugin on your WordPress site and paste a key. Nothing on your shop changes until you turn a sync on.

~1 minute

Connect Squarespace

You generate an API key in Squarespace and paste it into QuickSync.

~1 minute

Let it match your products

We line the two catalogues up by SKU, then by title, and hand you a short list of anything we could not match. You decide what happens to those.

~5 minutes

Watch, then switch it on

Leave it watching for a few days and check the numbers agree. When you are happy, let it start making changes, one shop at a time.

Speed and limits

The limits: know them before you connect

Every WooCommerce Squarespace integration has constraints. These are the ones that apply here.

Sales are instant; stock edits wait

A sale on either side reaches the other in under a second. Stock you edit yourself inside Squarespace is the slower path: we check that every couple of minutes.

Squarespace stock is checked, not pushed

Squarespace tells us about orders straight away but not about stock you edit yourself there, which we pick up on our next look a couple of minutes later.

Nothing publishes itself to WooCommerce or Squarespace

Copying a listing from WooCommerce to Squarespace (or the other way) always waits for you to look at it. Stock is the only thing that moves on its own, and only once you have turned it on.

Pricing

Two shops fits the smallest plan

Your catalogue size picks the plan, and your plan price covers two connected shops with every shop after that adding it again. Three shops on Lite is $38 a month.

Lite

$19/mo for two shops

1,000 items and up to eight connected integrations, with stock matched on both sides automatically. Enough for WooCommerce and Squarespace on their own, at $19 a month for the two.

Pro

$29/mo for two shops

2,500 items and up to eight connected integrations. Listings and orders sync here as well as stock. Most sellers running two shops properly end up here.

Ultra at $69 and Ultra+ at $99 add larger catalogues, price rules and setup help. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no card.

FAQ

Questions people ask about this pair

How quickly does Squarespace update after something sells on WooCommerce?

Under a second in normal conditions. WooCommerce tells us the moment the sale happens and we write the new count to Squarespace straight away. The reverse is the same when Squarespace sells. If either side is briefly unreachable we hold the update and keep trying rather than dropping it.

Do I have to re-list my WooCommerce products on Squarespace?

No. We match your existing WooCommerce and Squarespace listings by SKU first, then by title, and hand you a short list of whatever we could not match. You can also copy a listing from one side to the other if you want it in both places; that step always waits for you.

Can I charge a different price on Squarespace?

Yes. Set a rule once for Squarespace: a percentage, a fixed uplift, or a price you type yourself. We apply it whenever the price changes, and nothing forces WooCommerce and Squarespace to the same number.

Does the tracking number go back to both shops?

Yes. When you add a tracking number to an order, we send it back to whichever of WooCommerce or Squarespace the order came from, and the buyer gets the shop’s normal notification.

Does a Squarespace order get recreated on WooCommerce?

No. The order stays on Squarespace. We pull it into your one QuickSync list next to your WooCommerce orders so you pack from one place, without creating a duplicate WooCommerce order for it.

What happens if a buyer cancels or I refund them on WooCommerce or Squarespace?

The stock goes back. A cancellation or a refund puts the item back into your count and we send the corrected number to both WooCommerce and Squarespace.

Which plan do I need for WooCommerce and Squarespace?

Lite covers WooCommerce and Squarespace. Lite is $19 a month for two shops and holds 1,000 items, with up to eight connected integrations. You would move up a plan for catalogue size, and your bill goes up by another $19 if you connect a third shop.
