Product edits made directly on Wix are overwritten on the next sync, by design: the master store is where the catalogue is edited, and Wix displays it. Stock and orders still move the moment they change, in both directions.

Can I charge a different price on Squarespace?
Yes, on Ultra or higher. Set a price-modification rule for Squarespace in its store settings. Ongoing price updates follow the product master and the selected rule, so Wix and Squarespace can use different prices.
Does the tracking number go back to both shops?
Supported shipment updates return to the original order when the connected fulfillment store supplies them. Wix return tracking is limited to supported carriers and eligible whole-order fulfillment updates. Unsupported carriers need manual handling in Wix. Supported tracking details can return to the originating Squarespace order.
Can I create an order on Squarespace from a sale on Wix?
No. Wix and Squarespace hand orders out and do not accept orders created elsewhere. We pull both into one packing list so you still work from one place; each order stays on the channel it came from.
What happens if a buyer cancels or I refund them on Wix or Squarespace?
