What a Amazon integration actually Syncs
QuickSync offers a range of Amazon integration features that help you manage all the stores while working within Amazon’s marketplace rules.
| Data | Does it Sync? | What that means |
|---|---|---|
| Products | Yes | Create and update Amazon products with supported details such as titles, descriptions, images, categories, SKUs, and variants. |
| Images | Yes | Sync product images to Amazon with supported listing content. |
| Inventory | Two Way | Send inventory to Amazon and receive Amazon-side stock changes for products you fulfill yourself. Amazon-managed inventory remains under Amazon’s control. |
| Prices | Yes | Sync selling and compare-at prices, with pricing rules available for channel-specific adjustments. |
| Orders coming in | Yes | Amazon orders land in one list with the customer, the address, the shipping, and the right product attached. An order still awaiting payment waits until it is paid. |
| Orders going out | Not possible | Amazon hands orders out but cannot take one in, because no app is allowed to create orders on it. You pick one of the six that can as the place you pack from. |
| Tracking going back | Not accepted | Amazon does not accept tracking information from QuickSync, so tracking remains in the fulfillment system and original order channel where supported. |
| SKU & Variant | Yes | Match Amazon products and variants with the correct items across connected channels. |
| Sync Timing | Stock: 1–2 sec · Orders: real time | Amazon sends order and eligible inventory changes to QuickSync as they happen. Inventory updates sent to Amazon typically arrive within a second or two. |

What You See After Connecting Amazon
QuickSync gives you a clear view of your Amazon products, sync status, and connected stores.
Inventory changes can move between Amazon and your connected stores for products you fulfill yourself. Amazon inventory sync helps keep available quantities aligned when stock changes across your sales channels.
Products stay consistent across your connected channels. Sync titles, descriptions, images, categories, SKUs, prices, and variants without rebuilding the same catalog details manually.
Orders from Amazon arrive in the same list as orders from everywhere else, already matched to the right product.
- Review unmatched products before they sync. Anything QuickSync cannot confidently match is flagged for review instead of being connected incorrectly.
- Protect your available stock with safety stock. Reserve units for individual stores so your last few items are not exposed everywhere.
- Keep each channel’s inventory rules intact. Amazon-managed stock stays under Amazon’s control, while QuickSync handles inventory for products you fulfill yourself.

Know About Amazon Limits: What to Expect
Amazon has a few rules that affect how integrations work. QuickSync works within those limits rather than hiding them.
Amazon Updates Inventory in Real Time
Amazon sends QuickSync order and eligible inventory changes as they happen. There is no scheduled polling delay for these updates.
Amazon Orders Cannot Be Created
Amazon does not allow apps to create orders. Orders from other channels cannot be sent into Amazon. Instead, choose a supported connected store as your fulfillment destination for incoming orders.
Tracking Cannot Be Sent Back to Amazon
Amazon does not provide a field for QuickSync to write tracking information back. Tracking remains available in the fulfillment system and the original order channel where supported.
Amazon-Fulfilled Stock Stays With Amazon
QuickSync sends inventory to Amazon, but it only reads Amazon-side stock changes for products you fulfill yourself. Inventory Amazon stores and ships remains under Amazon’s control.
Nothing Publishes Without Your Approval
Product listings do not publish to Amazon automatically. Review your changes first. Inventory can sync automatically once you enable the relevant direction.

Amazon is inside the smallest plan

Lite
$19/mo for two shops1,000 items and up to eight connected integrations, with stock kept in step. Amazon counts as one of the eight, so there is room for seven more.
Pro
$29/mo for two shops2,500 items and up to eight connected integrations, and the point at which listings and orders start syncing as well as stock. Most sellers running a second shop end up here.
Ultra at $69 and Ultra+ at $99 add larger catalogues, price rules and setup help. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no card.
Questions Amazon sellers ask
How quickly does QuickSync know about a Amazon sale?
Straight away. Amazon tells us the moment an order is placed, so we are never sitting on a timer waiting to check, and the other shops you sell in are corrected inside a second or two. Stock changes come back to us only for the items you ship yourself. Anything Amazon holds and ships keeps its own count. If Amazon has an outage, we hold the change and retry until it goes through.
What does QuickSync get access to on Amazon?
Your products and stock, and your orders, and nothing beyond what the jobs in the table above need. Payment card details are never part of what we receive. You can withdraw the access from the Amazon side whenever you like, and we stop.
Will connecting Amazon change my listings?
No. Nothing on Amazon is edited, published or unpublished until you turn a direction on, and copying a listing onto Amazon always waits for you to look at it first. Most sellers leave it watching for a few days and check the numbers agree before letting it make any changes.
Can orders from my other shops be sent into Amazon?
No. Amazon does not allow any app to create orders on it, and it hands its orders out only. Six of the eleven integrations can be the shop that fills an order taken somewhere else, so you pick one of those as your packing bench. Your Amazon orders still land in the same list.
Does the tracking number go back to Amazon?
No. Amazon has no field for us to write one into. Amazon, Square, Clover and QuickBooks are the four integrations that will not accept a tracking number, so on those you still add it on the shop’s own screen. Six of the remaining seven send it back on their own. Lightspeed marks the order shipped but keeps no number against it.
Which plan do I need for a Amazon integration?
Lite covers Amazon, at $19 a month for two shops with every shop after that adding another $19, and 1,000 items with stock kept in step. Pro at $29 adds listings and orders and 2,500 items. Eight shops is the limit on every plan. Every plan starts with a 14-day free trial and no card.
What happens to Amazon FBA inventory?
Amazon-managed inventory remains under Amazon’s control. QuickSync Amazon inventory integration can send inventory to Amazon, but it only receives Amazon-side stock changes for products you fulfill yourself. FBA inventory is deliberately left alone so Amazon remains the source of truth.
What is Amazon integration?
Amazon integration connects your Amazon store with other sales channels through QuickSync. It provides Amazon inventory integration along with supported product, listing, pricing, and order syncing while keeping Amazon’s fulfillment and inventory rules in place.
