When products do not sync correctly between stores, QuickSync shows specific error messages to explain what went wrong.
Master Store and Matching Errors #

- Product unavailable in Master Store
- What it means: The product does not belong to your configured master store.
- How to fix: Add the product to the master store and sync again. If selective syncing is enabled, also add it to the selective sync list.
- No match found
- What it means: No matching product/variant was found in the connected store.
- How to fix: Export the product to the other store, or align products by SKU.
- Needs Alignment
- What it means: Product records exist but are not properly linked between stores.
- How to fix: Run alignment and ensure matching SKUs are set correctly.
- Not present in synced store
- What it means: Product does not exist in the destination store yet.
- How to fix: Export/create the product in the destination store.
- Products Not Synced Yet / Products Not Synced Across Stores
- What it means: Initial sync/alignment is incomplete.
- How to fix: Run product sync setup and complete alignment.
SKU and Catalog Structure Errors #

- No SKU found
- What it means: Variant has no SKU.
- How to fix: Add SKU manually or use auto-SKU creation.
- Missing Product Codes (SKUs) with auto-create off
- What it means: SKU is missing and automatic SKU generation is disabled.
- How to fix: Enable auto SKU creation or create SKU manually, then retry.
- Multiple same SKU found
- What it means: Duplicate SKU exists across multiple variants in the same store.
- How to fix: Assign unique SKU per variant (or regenerate SKU).
- Product Has No Options
- What it means: Product has no variants/options to sync.
- How to fix: Add at least one variant.
- Too Many Options
- What it means: Product has more variants than target platform allows.
- How to fix: Reduce variant count and retry sync.
- Product Option Not Found
- What it means: Referenced variant no longer exists or cannot be found.
- How to fix: Refresh product/variant data and retry.
Inventory and Location Errors #
- No inventory found
- What it means: No inventory available for this product.
- How to fix: Add inventory and sync again.
- No Stock Record Found
- What it means: Stock record is missing for the location.
- How to fix: Create/populate inventory for that product/location.
- Location not connected / Product Not in This Location
- What it means: Product isn’t available in the mapped/connected location.
- How to fix: Activate product or set inventory in that location.
- Inventory unavailable in matching product
- What it means: Matched product in other store has no usable stock setup.
- How to fix: Populate stock in the matching destination product.
- No Stock Available
- What it means: Product has zero stock and your settings sync only in-stock items.
- How to fix: Restock, or disable in-stock-only filtering.
- Invalid Stock Quantity / Missing Stock Quantity
- What it means: Quantity payload is missing or invalid from source data.
- How to fix: Correct quantity in source store and retry inventory update.
Sync Process and Configuration Errors #
- Product Syncing Is Off
- What it means: Product sync feature is disabled.
- How to fix: Enable product syncing and rerun sync.
- Inventory Syncing Is Off
- What it means: Inventory sync is disabled, so stock updates fail to propagate.
- How to fix: Enable inventory syncing in settings.
- Product Not in Your Sync List
- What it means: Selective syncing is enabled and this product is not included.
- How to fix: Add product to selective sync list.
- Product Status Not Allowed / Couldn’t Check Product Status
- What it means: Product visibility (e.g., Draft/Hidden/Archived) is blocked by sync rules, or status check failed.
- How to fix: Allow the visibility status in settings or update product visibility.
- Product Is Busy / Already Syncing / Another Task Is Running
- What it means: A lock or active job is already processing this product.
- How to fix: Wait and retry; if stuck, unlock and resync.
- Another inventory update already in progress / Inventory update blocked by lock
- What it means: Concurrent inventory operation is running.
- How to fix: Wait for current update to complete, then retry.
- Product Not Syncing
- What it means: Product is not currently syncing due to one or more unresolved blockers.
- How to fix: Retry sync and resolve shown issue code.
Export and Platform Constraint Errors #
- Couldn’t Send Product to Store / Product Couldn’t Be Sent
- What it means: Destination platform rejected or failed the product export/update request.
- How to fix: Validate product data, check integration health, and retry.
- Couldn’t Check Your Product / Product Sync Check Skipped
- What it means: Existence check in destination store could not complete.
- How to fix: Verify store connection and retry.
- Listing error, contact CS
- What it means: Product listing/export failed in destination channel.
- How to fix: Retry after data correction; contact support if persistent.
- Daily Product Limit Reached
- What it means: Destination platform daily creation limit was hit.
- How to fix: Wait for next reset cycle; sync resumes automatically.
- Store Profile Incomplete
- What it means: Destination seller/store profile setup is incomplete.
- How to fix: Complete required seller profile steps in platform admin.
- Matching Product Is Inactive
- What it means: Matched destination product exists but is inactive/archived.
- How to fix: Activate the destination product and retry sync.
- Product Not Syncing
- What it means: Product is not currently syncing due to one or more unresolved blockers.
- How to fix: Retry sync and resolve shown issue code.
