Connecting Shopify to QuickSync needs a store staff or collaborator login that can approve the app. If you are not the store owner, ask them for collaborator access before you start Connect Store.
Request collaborator access #
- Sign in to your Shopify Partner or collaborator request flow (or ask the owner to open Settings → Users and permissions).
- Request access to the store. The owner receives the request in Shopify admin.
- Ask them to approve permissions that cover apps, products, and inventory — enough to install QuickSync and manage stock. Exact checkbox labels vary by Shopify version; if an install fails, widen permissions and retry.
- Accept the invite, then in QuickSync choose Connect Store → Shopify and complete authorisation.
