How do I connect Lightspeed to QuickSync? #

Does stock sync both ways? #
Yes. Lightspeed pushes inventory changes and QuickSync writes corrected counts back.
Can Lightspeed fill orders from my other shops? #
Yes. Lightspeed is one of six channels that can receive orders taken elsewhere.
Does QuickSync send tracking numbers to Lightspeed? #
Partially. QuickSync marks the sale fulfilled on Lightspeed but does not attach carrier or tracking — X-Series fulfilment does not keep those fields in this path. The number remains in QuickSync.
Is Lightspeed sync real time? #
Yes for finding out about Lightspeed’s own changes: product, inventory, and order webhooks. QuickSync is not sitting on a timer for Lightspeed.
