Answers to common questions about connecting Amazon Seller Central to QuickSync. Facts below match the verified capability matrix — not marketing shorthand.
How do I connect Amazon to QuickSync? #
In the QuickSync dashboard choose Connect Store → Amazon, complete Seller Central authorisation, and wait for the initial import. Step-by-step: How to connect Amazon.
Does stock sync both ways with Amazon? #
Yes for merchant-fulfilled (MFN) items: QuickSync pushes your count to Amazon and receives Amazon-side stock changes for items you ship yourself. FBA / AFN stock that Amazon holds and ships keeps Amazon’s own count — QuickSync does not overwrite it.
Can Amazon receive orders from my other shops? #
No. Amazon hands orders out and cannot take an order in. Pick one of the six channels that can receive orders (for example Shopify, WooCommerce, Square, Clover, Lightspeed, or QuickBooks as an accounting sink) as the place you pack from.
Does QuickSync send tracking numbers back to Amazon? #
No. Amazon is one of four integrations with no tracking pushback. Keep fulfilment confirmation in Amazon’s own tools if Amazon requires it for that order.
Is Amazon sync real time? #
Amazon pushes order and merchant-fulfilled inventory events to QuickSync. There is no polling wait on those paths. FBA stock is intentionally left to Amazon.
